Had a wonderful experience with Olla Myanga from Sunward Park branch. Thank you dear for your professional and friendly business sense. You made a life altering event much more bearable and appropriated sound advise till the end. May you grow from strength to strength

What a rubbish company. My property registered but Pamela Edward's and her principal, Neels Potgieter, will not give us our keys as the seller is family to this agent. Beyond the wise service you could ever get. In fact, I'm sure this is illegal! Rubbish people in a rubbish company.

I was dealing with a gentleman called Grant in the Robindale offices. We viewed a property and we liked it , I completed all the necessary application forms , we were then told to come in and sign our lease. No checks were made from their end (vetting) . Upon arrival at their offices I was told they would need a 2 months deposit and a months rent and by the way the rent had gone up. I said no thanks as the CPA does not work in this matter. He was not wearing shoes upon our meeting and the "offices" didnt have a functional intercom at the gate. I was shocked and livered. I was told that the change is because alot of people have let the landlord down in the past hence why I should pay all these additional costs. The nerve and the arrogance of this agency is utterly disgusting and shows that they are despereate for their commission and monthly targets and not the tenant. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In the offer to purchase we agreed to take occupational rent until registration of the Bond. When the bank approved the bond we discovered the Seller had put a tenant in to rent the property even though the Offer to purchase stated that we would stay in the property until transfer. After this discovery the Realtor (21st Century Property Linksfield) assured us that we would be able to move in on the 15th December 2015 as they had sent a letter of eviction to the tenant. I then requested to speak to the branch manager and the office manager offered to resolve the issue by the 17th December 2015. On the 17th December I called the office and I was promised I could move in by the 28th December 2015. I called on the 24th of December 2015 to arrange the move to the property I was then given the date of the 30th December 2015. My lease expires on the 31 of December where I currently am staying I have no place to go after the 1st of January 2016.
