Not happy with the service I got from the from the waitress in Mulberton. Waited 40min just to place an order for drinks on arrival. The waitress looked very clueless about the menu, when I asked for clarity she said the things I want are not on the system but they were clearly ON THE MENU. You order a simple drink and she brings it without a glass. Had to wait 15-20min just for a glass. She really made my experience bitter.

My compliments to Bossa in Roodepoort! The service is great, the staff friendly and the food and ****tails are excellent. My family and I love the food and the vibe. A great and safe area for children to play while the adults are close by.

Marco at the vrede kloof branch is AMAZING I took my mom for lunch there about a month ago and still remember his impressed we were of him I just had to share here too Thank you so much for an amazing dining experience

This is specifically towards Bossa in Roodepoort of 14th avenue. I am utterly disgusted in the manner in which i have been treated last night. I sit down ask whether they can charge my phone, have not even touched my drink and been asked to move. Why ??? Then i wanted to leave since manager and staff members were not interested and told pay bill for the drink i have not even touched. Then i go back to find out what was the problem and been called drunk, a child, sworn at and threatened to be banned. Is this how you treat customers ??? This is defamation of character.

I really do hope you get this compliment, and it's specifically for Bossa Vredekloof! On the 28th August, I arranged for a table of 18 adults and 3 kids for my daughters 2nd birthday. The manager, was awesome enough to assist as it was quite busy that day and I promised we would be out by 12pm. We got there and it was a little chaotic, but our waitress (and the Lord knows I wish I had gotten her name, but please look under booking name Madison at 09:30 for 10:00 and please make sure she knows) was amazing! There was not one person at our table that did not appreciate her, everyone couldn't stop commenting on how amazing she was! Even two days later, we still talking about her professionalism, her service and her all round demeanor. She was amazing. I wish I could've given her a bigger tip, but I tried! We were even running a little late with getting ordered and out of there, but everyone (including her) remained patient with us. Please honor her and thank her from the bottom of my heart for her awesomeness! #WIN

Let this serve as a strong warning to any person that happens to find themselves in the very fortunate position of still being able to own a business during these highly uncertain times in South Africa especially. You absolutely cannot put a price on customer loyalty, because in the most difficult of times, they, the customers that display the rare attribute of loyalty, are all you have. My family and I used to incorporate into our weekly routine a visit to BOSSA & Good Times Constantia Kloof/Roodepoort. Not only that, I wrote five-star positive reviews on Google Maps, Tripadvisor and HelloPeter with pictures of the delicious food on offer. Needless to say I sang the praises of BOSSA & Good Times. During the ban on the sale of alcohol in 2020 leading into 2021, on Sunday afternoons, there were numerous occasions sadly, where we would be the ONLY customers sitting in the restaurant for the entire duration of our visit to BOSSA. But we persevered alongside you BOSSA, and we as a family, remained loyal and visited you faithfully until last week with the arrival Mothers Day. Then for a business like this, to tell someone of my standing, on Mothers Day, that they are "fully booked" and we are NOT allowed to enter, is such proverbial slap straight in the face, after all we have done in terms of spreading free-of-charge word of mouth advertising and positive social media reviews, that, is unbelievably arrogant and shows that the owners are utterly nonchalant towards loyal customers. Besides, the "claim" of being fully-booked is a lie, since COVID measures in South Africa prohibit any indoor venue to be filled to one hundred percent 100% of the venue's capacity. You have lost our business forever, because you have showed on no uncertain terms, that when things are going slightly better economically speaking at your restaurant, BOSSA & Good Times Bar, that Customer loyalty means absolutely nothing at all to you, instead, you would chase away one of your MOST LOYAL families of customers in favour of what? Holding a table empty for a reservation? Good riddance to you!

My friends and I arrived at Bossa Tygerfalls on a Monday afternoon around 17.30 hoping to get a great and chilled dining experience. The only waiter that attended to us ,neglected us after taking our order and it took us until 19.00 to get our drinks. Furthermore, our food never arrived and thus we just paid for our drinks and left at 19.30 as the manager did not even try to remedy the situation. Quite disappointed with the service and lack of management intervention to help in the situation.
