Disgusted. We were seated by one waiter and then served by the other. The one that seated us came back and started complaining to us that the other has ****** his table. The VSlot machines in the restaurant is also a huge problem as this has turned a once very classy restaurant into a drunk paradise. Very dissapointimg unfortunately.

I visited Bourbon Street today, with a very special friend, that was new to Robertson and surrounds. We had an absolute amazing experience. Anneline our waitress was professional and full of laughs. The food was, as always, excellent. And, from my experience, since Bourbon street opened up, they have just upped their standard, I have never had bad food or service, if I could give 11/10 I definitely would.

I visited Bourbon Street today, with a very special friend, that was new to Robertson and surrounds. We had an absolute amazing experience. Anneline our waitress was professional and full of laughs. The food was, as always, excellent. And, from my experience, since Bourbon street opened up, they have just upped their standard, I have never had bad food or service, if I could give 11/10 I definitely would.

I forgot my jacket at the restaurant. I called and was told that the item was found and will be kept in a safe place. When i arrived at the restaurant yesterday i was handed another jacket. The manager was rude implying that I was a liar. He stated that to keep a lost item of a client was not his responsibility. He said no one called with a description of my jacket. He phoned 20 min after I left, demanding that I fetch the jacket that he found in the safe. No apology. I forwarded him a message to say that I am a business woman myself, valuing the support of my clients and that I will not treat my clients like dirt if I have to take care of a lost item. NO REPLY!! This left a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately there are other very good restaurants in Robertson

We had a birthday lunch at Bourbon social on the deck. The staff helped us with the set up because it was a surprise party. Everything went well, till the Manager Petruscka came to the deck to ask us who opened the sliding door. I said it was me and she went off by saying she will need people from Cape Town to come fix the door and it will cost her R5000.00. With her attitude and manner she handle the situation, I did not reply at that moment. The worst part was when my brother wanted to order a beer, she asked him "And what to you want". This was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. She was plain rude and did not care if she spoiled the whole party because this is exactly what she did. She spoiled the day for my husband and family. We are regular customers at Bourbon Street/Social and this is the first time I had such a horrible experience. Before we left, we asked the staff to call the manager again, because we just had to know she was so rude and we wanted her to show us where the door was broken and still she had the worse attitude. We showed her that the door was not broken and asked her to please inform the clients that they should not call management if they want to open the door because the signs is small. We mentioned that the door was open we this slide it to the one side. If the is the management style Petruscka feels acceptable, I honestly disgusted with her all attitude and behavior. She made sure that our day was spoiled and the one memory that stood our, was the horrible/rude manager Petruscka! Thank you to our waiters that apologized for their manager's bad and unacceptable behavior. You truly tried to cheer us up afterwards.

<p>We went for dinner at your restuarant last night and yes it was over the wacky wine weekend so understandably it was busy, we were left standing for approximately 5 minutes unattended as your waiters and managers looked at us like we were obsticles more than potential clients, then when i called the manager over he couldnt even greet us with Hello, I will be with you in a minute or 2, just says "hoe veel is julle" and proceedes to dash off and leave us waiting longer. That angered me and I let rip at him on his return, I understand its a busy weekend but then cater for it in advance or get more staff, its a annual function so no excuse can be made for poor service. Needless to say this has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I wont return.</p>
