Disgusted. We were seated by one waiter and then served by the other. The one that seated us came back and started complaining to us that the other has ****** his table. The VSlot machines in the restaurant is also a huge problem as this has turned a once very classy restaurant into a drunk paradise. Very dissapointimg unfortunately.
Disgusting behavior by owner What an terrible experience. The owner and his friend were having a bachelor party and the singer Mark Haze was performing. During his break the bachelor came onto the stage and start singing while his friend started paling with the artist guitar to his dismayed. The owner came to me and said I must stand for the bachelor performing and I told them they are unprofessional. An half an hour later the owner friend came to me and said the owner got a message for me. When I looked he gave me the middle finger. This is so unprofessional and we went to complain with the general manager but obviously he cant do anything as the owner sectioned this behavior. I will report this to the head franchise.
Food was acceptable, but never ever again. Told the waiter almost four times to take away their husky that was on heat but was just told by the owner oh sorry its out of my control. Very pathetic and if these are people who struggled during covid then so be it.
We ate at Tigers milk village square in Durbanville yesterday. The drinks were good and the burger was great. However for a change we decided to try the zucchini fries and slso ordered extra onion rings. Our food arrived without the onion rings which only arrived after we almost finished our food. And to make it worse, the fries and onion rings were so oily that 3 of the group of four people puked when arriving home. There was definitely something seriously wrong.
Excellent service and I have never had any issues regarding delivery being late or products being damaged. Professional website and they are very compliant to the lockdown regulations set out by government. I am a huge takealot fan!
No signal in the Robertson area when there is load shedding. Was told that their towers couldn't charge the batteries to give signal during loadshedding, but shurely after a year you would think they had a plan to keep the signal alive. Pathetic
Great tasting food and professional service. Had a fantastic lunch and the staff were very friendly. They are also compliant to all the regulations of the lockdown and made me feel very safe to eat as the place was clean and well sanitized.
Together with caffeluxe, probably the worst service ever. I have ordered a week ago and it says same day delivery. Well my package was dispatched on monday, I was assured it will arrive Tuesday. Now on Wednesday and have not received anything. I have tried emailing them but no response, or just get put through to Kurt, Peter and who knows who else. How can my package be dispatched on Monday and not arrive on Tuesday, who wants a package containing food products that has been sitting in a delivery van for more than a day. Pathetic
Absolutely pathetic. I was assured by their customer service provider that my package would arrive monday. Then she assured me that she has been in contact with the courier service and they would deliver it on Tuesday, now already on Wednesday and I am sick of emailing them. Rather pay more in the shops to buy capsules than order it online from them, you will not only save data but also have a much happier Wednesday actually drinking a coffee and not waiting for your coffee. Customer service 0% Pathetic 100%
