Energizer SA ignores it customers
The company that makes it as difficult as possible for customers to contact them and then ignores them when they manage to. Simple queries about product performance no answered, refuse to advise customers how to have product checked. For a multi national co, absolutely shocking

Energizer is useless, don't support them
Please do not support Energizer, they are useless with zero service and customer support. Bought a expensive battery starter kit and it worked 3 times and now have a expensive battery pack!!!! Useless service with zero help from Energizer and they basically told me that they won't help me!!!

Energizer is useless, don't support them
Please do not support Energizer, they are useless with zero service and customer support. Bought a expensive battery starter kit and it worked 3 times and now have a expensive battery pack!!!! Useless service with zero help from Energizer and they basically told me that they won't help me!!!

Energizer has zero service and customer support
Please do not buy any Energizer products as they have zero customer service and support!!! Basically bought a paperweight as my product broke after only using it 3 times and they cannot help me now!!! Useless company

Energizer ULTIMATE 20,000 mAh
Energizer Power Bank, Energizer ULTIMATE 20 000mAh, was an absolute disappointment. I bought 2 one for me and one for my wife. 3 Months later both are not working anymore. Please don't make the same mistake as me. I will not trust them again.

Energizer ULTIMATE 20,000 mAh
Energizer Power Bank, Energizer ULTIMATE 20 000mAh, was an absolute disappointment. I bought 2 one for me and one for my wife. 3 Months later both are not working anymore. Please don't make the same mistake as me. I will not trust them again.

Battery
Bought an ellies inverter less than a year aho. Also 2 enigizer batteries. At first would last for 5 hours plus. Now it can't even reach an hour. Took it back to the shop. Now it must be send back for testing. So i must suffer during loadshedding cause it must be tested. Did you test my ****ing money when i bought it, did u wait for a year before u used my money. **** service and a ****ty product. Will post so everyone to see. ****** R3000 per battery hope u enjoyed my hard earned cash

I bought energizer rechargeable batteries it's not even a year old . It was for a xbox one remote the batteries leaked in the remote and burned a hole through it . Energizer said they will send a courier to pick it up . Now they saying the batteries were being charged in the the remote which they were not. Now they say my charging plug is bent which it was not when I sent it don't know if got damaged in the courier company the sent to pick it up. Now they saying they will send me a new battery pack but the they can not replace the the remote . I want to know what test they did to prove that thoery.

Lifetime guarantee - it must mean I am dead!
<p>Some time ago I purchased an Energizer RC 102 rechargable lantern It worked well for some time and when I did have difficulty some time back, Energizer SA assured me it had a lifetime guarantee and honoured their guarantee by supplying new batteries. The lamp is no longer working and I have writen to Energizer Sa twice for assistance but they have totally ignored my emails. So much for their "Lifetime Guarantee" and service to customers. So be it. I will now have to buy a new lamp but it will NOT be an Energizer SA and I will never buy their products again. Over many years I have always bought Energizer batteries, particularly the re-chargable ones, but never again. Goodby (as opposed to "Good BUY") Energizer Sa!</p>

No delivery of prize
I bought Energizer batteries in Dec 2015,entered the promo competion and won.I called the next day and spoke to Virginia.She said that I did win and that she'll call me later,she didn't.I called and there was no reply.I called back a week later and she told me that I won a Russell Hobbs blender and it'll be delivered in the 3rd week of January.On the 22nd of Jan 2016,I called her and she said that blenders are with the couriers and that I'll receive it next week.It's the 10th of Feb and there is no delivery or any contact from Virginia.Why run a promo when you'll can't keep to your promise?
