I bought a MAC AFRIC rotary toola online purchase. It took forever to arrive , although I'm only 350km from 2 of there branches. After arrival it work for 1 day, the second day when u move the tool it would change speed. The third day it refused to work anymore, the speed adjustment wheel is so cheap. I even only changed speeds while the tool was off. U rather refund my cash or send me another better tool. I will not pay your inflated courier coat to get the poor product back to u , nor will I pay shipping to get my replacement. Utterly poor service. Shock in the sh** u are selling to people. Complaint logged twice on WhatsApp, more than 24 hours ago, no feedback
**** This insurance at PSG they like taking my money monthly and then after a claim have alot of reasons not to pay. Have a policy for home content, haven't claimed for my flat for almost ten years. Now first of all the lady at there offices ask me wife kak about why I'm buying such expensive stuff. I worked for that money I'll spend it as i see fit. And now they are looking for boxes for all the items. My policy will be canceled today. No questions was asked when taking the policy about this **** boxes. The assessor is talking that items bought over the counter is not covered, talking about my ups unit i bought. Now it must be send back for testing. So i must suffer during loadshedding cause it must be tested. Did you test my ****ing money when i bought it, did u wait for a year before u used my money. **** service and a ****ty product. I have a hisense washing machine that's still under warranty after ****ty service at the De Aar branch a technician came and inform me the pump is faulty but for him to work on it i must pay R650 cash. Went back to the branch and ****ty service again told my wife is our baby after we buy it to fix it. Never again will i buy at that store i will go and throw that machine in there store.
