Do not deal with them, they advertise one price then sell for another
They advertise one price and then when asked if its correct to which they say yes they then refuse to sell you the item. Lying and saying its out of stock. Busy with CPA to sort this out as they not allowed to do it.

Wow do not use Ram couriers, waiting for a week over a week to get a delivery and zero service from them. Do not use them, rather use courier guys

Terrible company to deal with, placed order which stated 10 working days and now it seems my order will take months to get it. Do not deal with them at all, will let as many as possible people not deal with these people

Terrible customer service
Wow what a terrible company to deal with. They have zero interest to help the customer and when you complain they ask you to leave the shop and never return!!! They charge double the deposit others do and then you only get 50% back and get told it is for some kind of levy.

Terrible company to deal with Owes plenty people money for work not done and money taken, be careful not to use them as the owner tells lies but only wants to take your money with no end in sight.

CTM has terrible service selling b grade as a grade
Bought thousands of rands tiles and now after tiler has started we saw that's it's actually b grade and get told by CTM it was a bad batch but no help from them!!! Terrible service as I paid for a grade and now stuck with thousands rands already laid b grade tiles which was not my fault. Bad bad service CTM

Do not buy from Makro!!!
Terrible customer service, do not buy from the online site as your order will not be delivered correctly!!! And the service to sort it out is horrendous to say the least. Going to bank tomorrow to lodge formal complaint and reverse my credit card payment!!!!
