I wish there can be an option where I can give 0 stars. Ive ordered and sent items back to fruugo about 2 months ago. Havement received any info on tracking or weather they have received the items or not but Im tired of waiting for my refund. Theres no option on their page to contact them directly. Fruugo contact me !!!!!

I placed an order with these people on April 22, their tracking platform is the most useless. What feed back is "in transit" "Airline collected" and now it says "Arrive at place of arrival"... what information is supposed to give to me this way? i don't even know if it has come to South Africa or it was shipped elsewhere.. it is so frustrating

I ordered a laptop fan for my laptop from Fruugo SA under Order Number 233084879 and paid for the item plus delivery fee on 10 May 2026. As of today, I haven't received any information regarding my order or any updates about its status. It seems as if these guys are ****mers. If it was possible, I would have given a rating of 0. Please deliver my goods or refund my money.

Don’t ever buy from this online store, they ***** your money. I bought from them in January 2026 and to date never received the items or a refund. They don’t reply to queries and can’t be reached in any other way.

I am based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and purchased side mirror covers from Fruugo. Unfortunately, the order arrived weeks later than the promised delivery date, and there was no direct way to contact Fruugo by phone or email for assistance. When the package finally arrived, the mirror cover was for the wrong vehicle make and only included one side instead of a pair. Although return instructions were provided, the return shipping cost was at my own expense. In the end, I chose to write off the purchase rather than go through what seemed like a difficult and costly return process.

Terrible service!!! Ordered Products 10 March but still waiting for it!!! Think Im going to loose my money with that order I tried to contact but they keep saying products is in Transit What must I do???
