I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Momentum and Thomson Body Panelbeaters. After an entire day on the phone, being transferred repeatedly without resolution, I expected a better outcome. My car has been with them for panel beating for five months, and despite their assurance that the issue would be resolved, I was left disappointed when the car displayed warning lights and went into limp mode as soon as I drove it home after the supposed repairs. I am still waiting for the vehicle to be collected and for someone to take accountability for the towing costs.
