****ED UP SERVICE
Vuyani sold me insurance for Discovery Insure, I cancelled with 1st for women yesterday and today he has gone AWOL. I've sent emails all morning requesting policy contract and my account to be debited and got no response, I have sent over 10 emails today only. I don't even know if im insured IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME IN MY CAR, I WILL SUE THE **** OUT OF YOUR COMPANY EVERY SINGLLE CENT

Awesome service
<p>Called my broker to place a claim for my cellphone that was stolen- within 24rs claim was sorted.</p> <p>Jodi kept me updated every step of the way with the claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the awesome service. keep it up.</p>

Jaco is a true asset to his company
i have been dealing with a claim that i have with Discovery and since i have been in contact with Jaco from Multicover i have a permanent smile on my face. Thanks Jaco for treating me like i am a VIP client and thanks for taking control of the situation. I can see that you are going out of your way to sort my stuff out and of course bending over backwards to make me happy<br> <br> You are a true asset to your company and if the rest of your company has the same work and client relations ethic as what you do then your company is bound to be best in the industry<br> <br> thanks very much Jaco

Multicover as a Broker
I was involved in an accident and as soon as Multicover took over my claim to my insurance , they would come back to me and update me as soon as there was something to update on.<br> <br> Take over multicover as your broker and they reassure you and you sleep better at night. Jodie Kariem , called to update me , its like whenever i start wondering how far the claim was , actually she just gave me a peace of mind, she would be on it. Im truly greatful.<br> <br> Thanks Multicover<br>

still no feedback
Ok so now we are on the 27th of may and still no idea whats going to happen from the 24th. I just want to exchange a decoder and what the call centre said and what our middelburg mpumalanga says is two different things. And so we wait again
