It seems that someone possibly took my vehicle for a joyride and destroyed four tyres. The tyre fitment center said the wear patterns/marks on the tyres were very recently caused by the handbrake being app**** while wheel-spinning the vehicle. As my tyres were more than 50% used and being four years old, they could not sustain that type of abuse, resulting in patches of rubber breaking away. Also, 85Km were travelled. I was under the impression that the parking area was located near the cargo terminal, about 2Km away. I should have read the reviews before using Aryans as a service provider. Rather look for an alternative arrangement. With the arrogant response received to my query it is obvious that I will not be able to recover any losses incurred. Furthermore, my trip meter was zeroed, why? I rely on it to check my fuel consumption. After reading other reviews about Aryans, I realise now that fuel is also missing, at least 10L, but could be about 15L. My vehicle also reeks of cigarette smoke which is poorly masked by some car-wash fragrance. It seems that there are on-going issues with this service provider, which they are obviously aware of and do not plan to do anything about rectifying the situation. I certainly do NOT recommend using Aryans for any service required. Absolutely diabolical.

I have been accused by the people who run this sham business. They reside in Brindhaven, Verulam and are my neighbors. Only last night, when they came to my house to fight with me, did they realize that they are famous! This guy Akshay has removed the belt from his pants and threatened to assault me. He picked a brick and said he will kill me. Yes, I see many cars parked beside the road and on the side of the road, next to the property. They were caught being in this area when a lady that they owed money to began following them around and kept tabs on them from the King Shaka airport. She got to know the truth about everything and they have failed to realize that their unlawful, little business will soon make it to the newspapers. Clients have captured their pictures while they have been awaiting the pick up of vehicles at the airport. So now this guy Akshay constantly makes threats and points fingers at me. I am not stealing from anyone! PS: There is no undercover parking.

Contacted the lady Aneesa for a booking and she told me that undercover parking is available. I opted for undercover parking and made payment in full for 5 days. An old lady, very shabbily dressed met me for collection at King Shaka airport. I handed over my vehicle trusting that this company is legit with legal parking bays based in Tongaat. I flew to Cape Town and on that same day, when I turned on my bluetooth device, I was shocked that my vehicle was roaming around!! These people who claim to have a business are using people's vehicles for personal agendas. At night, the car is parked in a suburb in Verulam. This is where the fun begins...Numerous (Client's) car s are parked on the roadside (easy access to thieves) on the dead end of Ginger Grove, Brindhaven, Verulam. It is a cream house. House number is 14 according to google maps (comes up as Litchie Farm). I guess these people are utilizing the ba*****t. From the pictures received, I was not surprised that the yard is as shabby as the woman's appearance! These people are ****** thieves! My relative followed them around for 2 days and I suddenly called Aneesa and informed her that my trip is short and that she may keep the full amount paid but that someone will collect my car from the company rep at the airport within an hour. Now I knew that my car was in Central Durban. Aneesa who claims to be the receptionist became rude and I guess it is out of worry. Upon demanding and threatening to get the authorities involved, she agreed. My sister collected the vehicle from the old woman who was so rude to my innocent sister. Fuel tank almost depleted and car was in such a horrible mess!!! If you are ever in such a predicament, rather pay extra than have your vehicle abused by this fake company!

oN 1/2/2020 we parked our car at King Sharka Airport at 5h30 rushing for a funeral. Meena the assistant arrived 10 minutes late with no apology we almost missed our flight and had no apology. Instead she demanded we pay her the balance of the money prior to leaving our keys. We got no receipt for this payment. On arrival we confirmed our flight and she informed us after 10pm is a surcharge of R50. We received our car unwashed when we questioned her she said we have no water what must i do then? We paid the R50 without any documentation. We go no refund for not having our car washed. I asked why did you not get the car vacuumed . She replied you must not ask me that question check with the office. She did not even greet us goodbye and just walked off to wait for her pick up vehicle. This company calls itself Park and Smile, the frontline staff Meena can barely greet leave alone smile. Very unfprofessional company. Please refer to all the reviews in the short space of time and decide whether this company needs to be in business. I am taking this matter to the next level.

I'm very angry at the service! Firstly, my car arrived 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. Secondly, they used a quarter of my petrol, and went over the expected kms by 40kms, so that means my car was being driven around while I was away for the weekend! They violated my trust I had in them as a valet service . I would not recommend using them.

More like Park and Worry!! On the 21/12/2019 we used the services of Park and Smile valet services from King Shaka airport. It was the beginning of the most horrid experience I have ever had with valet parking services. The Valet service we normally used was fully booked for our requested period and we were forced to look for another service provider. The lady who turned up to collect the vehicle was late and not in uniform. She demanded full payment in cash which we did pay, but requested that we should have been informed of this beforehand. 45 minutes later we get a call from a friend informing us that they have seen our vehicle in Verulam which they then followed from Mount road to the BP garage in Verulam and a male was driving the vehicle. I immediately called the "lady" and was duly informed that they did another pick up and the vehicle was now being driven to the "cages". Upon our return on /1/2020 the "lady" turned up a hour later. The vehicle looked as if it was washed with a dirty rag and someone had tampered with the reset settings. Upon investigating my Discovery Insure tracker we noticed that the vehicle was again used on the 26/12/2019. This company is giving the entire industry a bad name and should be removed from its panel!!

I dropped my vehicle with park and Smile on 21 Dec 2019 with an almost full tank of fuel. When i collected my vehicle on 1st Jan 2020 i found the tank to be on almost empty . Luckily i saw this before leaving the airport or i would have been stuck on the freeway with no fuel . I reported this immediatley to Park and Smile but as of now have had no feedback . my vehicle was and still ,is smelling of cigarette smoke which is unpleasant to a non smoker . i have logged this complaint on Park Via survey platform and am awaiting a response .

Cheap does not mean better! I dropped my car off on Friday morning and was not informed that I had to pay the balance when dropping my car off at King Shaka international Airport yet they expected the balance, giving them no reason to return my car. When given my car back on Monday morning, it returned with multiple problems that were not "natural causes". They attempted to remove my sub from my boot as well as my spare wheel, they rummaged through my cubby hole and tore off my front right tires mud flap, my back seat was down and my boot board was off. They also drove +-150 kms of my petrol. When I phoned and enquired to speak to a manager, i was first greeted by a man just saying hello, not even stating what company I am calling and was told to send an email stating my complaints, when the email was sent, I received no reply. I then phoned a second time only to speak to a man by the name of Akshay, who had put his cell number on a card you get when dropping off your car that has no information about what the company is all about. I am furious about the service and the lack of interest by these people, they are very unprofessional!
