I have started using The Courier Guy to collect my parcels and deliver to the correct booking. So far I can really say I am very happy, they are fast and always up to date. Thank you so much for your great work, keep it up.
Hi, my husband and I said we will not be doing Black Friday as we don't like the rush. But then Sunday Morning we decided to take a change and be at Checkers at New Market when they open before everybody was awake. Well, what a Suprise when it was so quite so we decided to buy groceries which we normally do at this Brance this time of the month. We got a lot of special with our Xtra card, and big was our Suprise we saved R757,00 on the whole shopping which is the most we have every saved here. The shelves were fully stocked and not empty and clean like always and the staff was the friendly like always. Well done guys.
I made a complaint regarding Hollard Shortfall Policy that wasn't cancelled after out car was settled with Westbank. Last week, Rashika Dayanund Complaints Resolution Administrator from IUA Business Solutions called me, and on Friday the 11th of March 2022 I send her the documentation and today the 14th she called me and gave me the good news that is was successfully cancelled and that a refund will be done. This lady was kind, professional and gave feedback the whole time she was busy with me and she did everything in a very short time and I wish more companies have people like her. I bought a car via Westbank. On the internet banking there was links to get a policy that will pay the outstanding amount of the car in case I die. I clicked on link they called me and we did the deal over the phone. They were going to post me the documents and emailed it but I never received it. Which wasn't a problem but I don't have the policy number. Anyway every month they deduct the money. So Dec 2021 we settled the loan with Westbank and no longer need the policy. So I tried to call them but no luck. Then emailed and just get a computer generated email. Anyway Jan 2022 came and boom another debit. So I tried to dispute it on Fnb but once again no luck. TRIED to do a stop order on my app. Boom March another debit. I tried their Facebook page but everyone is complaining about the same. No one is coming back to you and there is no way to stop it. I went to FNB in Lambton to do a stop order and was told I can't do it anymore. I have to come. In every month and do a reverse payment... I mean really? Then was told the only way I can stop it is to close the account and open a another account. I don't understand this as this is my account. I was told to cancel it at HOLLARD and I did but I'm still stuck with this debit.

My husband had his eye on a red Ford Focus 1.8L from Vee Motots Website. So one Friday we went pass the Store and decided to get and out and view it, the moment we stood at the car the friendly Gael came out to greet and assist us. Hubby went for test drive, discussed a few things and came back the Saturday with all the documents needs. I liked the fact the he was active and came to us strait away showing he is serious. He also kept us updated on everything. Definitely will recommend him if you looking to buy a new baby...Thank you so much.
Hi Just to say, that our company is Happy with Nxatel, service. If we lodged a problem it will be seen to very quickly. Data packages is a bit expensive, but the staff is always friendly and phones and internet always working.
