I suggested to a colleague that we meet at Knead in Palmyra, however upon arrival at around 16;20, to our disappointment, a staff member said they were closing due to a "deep clean" and he suggested we go next door to the ice cream shop where they serve coffee, and we did. Minutes later, the same Knead staff member came in carrying two paper bags each with a loaf of bread and said, this was for our inconvenience. The gesture was much appreciated, thank you Knead!
I have tried to contact Red Chilli Deals 5 times about a product that simply does not do what it claims to do. Its an infra red mosquito catcher and it has not caught 1 mosquito in 3 months (and I keep getting bitten). The product is a scam. I have followed instructions and even had the product in a small bathroom with doors and windows closed with a mosquito inside all night. Next morning the mozzie was still happily flying around. I want my money back!
After much research I decided to opt for Axxess for my upgrade to fibre. I based my research on price versus speed and have been happy with both up until Axxexx announced a massive R150 price increase in my monthly cost from R565 to R715. This makes all my research a waste of time in trying to find the best deal as a consumer. They will argue that they have increased the speed but I will argue that the speed I signed up for exactly suits my needs and the faster speed is NOT what I signed up for. What was one of the better deals out there is now one of the worst and I would have opted for another company had I known they were going to moved the goalposts 3 months after I signed up!
I have an ongoing issue with Clicks not accepting my credit card (which every other outlet accepts). I have complained twice on the "customer support" email address with no response and tried to call the customer support number to which I got an automated message, "not available at this time". So how must I flag the issue? I recently loaded my 6 month repeat script but actually want it back so I can use another pharmacy, as EVERY time I go into Clicks there is one issue or another.
I reported the fact that my elderly mothers landline is faulty on Wednesday 27th March via phone (eventually) and SMS 3 times and online and she is living alone and the alarm is connected to the landline too yet we are still waiting for some sort of feedback or action!
We are often very quick to complain about companies (generally with good reason) however, I would like to commend and thank BA lost baggage department at Cape Town Int. Airport. I flew on an Airlink flight into OR Tambo Airport and my equipment was labeled for domestic transfer yet never boarded the flight to Cape Town. So what was essentially a SAA Airlink issue was actually managed and sorted by the efficient staff at BA, who kept me in the loop throughout my stressful 30 hours of not knowing if i would see my equipment again. I was also impressed at how despite the change of shifts at the office my case was seamlessly handed over to another staff member who would call to give me an update. Thank you again for your professional and friendly service. Adam
And now again today, despite your (rude) caller telling me I will be removed from your database, I got another recorded call offering a funeral plan! This is turning into harassment! I really want you to get out of my life! BTW, I have a large circle of friends and this "harassment" by Clientele Life has become quite a topic of conversation and everyone agrees that your invasive methods are counter productive and basically your company seems to have a really bad reputation from the feedback I am getting. I will never do business with you and it appears that none of my friends and friends friends will ever either...
Every month or so I get a call with a recorded message offering me a funeral plan and the first two times I pressed the "no" response. But the calls keep coming in. So I pressed yes so I could speak to a consultant and tell them to remove me from your system. This method has not worked either. I would never do business with a company that markets itself in this way and I am not sure how to make you GO AWAY! I am not interested. PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE! Your salesperson who called knows my name but when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me, I want someone to take responsibility for not taking my name off your system. He just said "I want a straight answer to you want a policy or not" He clearly didn't get the message either!
I wrote a complaint over a month ago about Pick n Pay deleting my Smart Shopper loyalty points and Anwar Mooideen replied stating the would return my points if I provided my Smart Shopper number. I have no idea what my Smart Shopper number is or how I must find it. The number on my card is worn off and I have replied 3 times asking how must I find the number but with no response.
In December 2017 I had R682 on my Smart Shopper card on January 3rd I had R137. I have written twice on the Pick & Pay "Contact Us" page on their website, firstly on 11th January and then 15th January to no avail. Apart from halving the value of the points last year (which was done very quietly) you also very quietly recently decided that points expire. These are known as LOYALTY cards and I have been LOYAL to P&P by shopping and swiping on the understanding that I will be rewarded for my LOYALTY but you keep moving the goal posts to suit you and not your loyal customer. Where is your LOYALTY to us? Had you had the decency to contact all customers telling us this, I could have used the points but instead I happened to hear it on a consumer radio show where P&P got a deserved dressing down by the callers and experts on the show. Via the show I heard that the Smart Shopper Card went from being the No1 Loyalty card to the worst. Well done P&P! I'm sure you are very proud of making extra profits at the expense of your loyal customers. I want my R545 back, I spent that money in your stores in good faith, now you show that you have some decency and respect. And why do you have a "contact us" facility if you arrogantly ignore the "contact" , I would really like to know?
