I am extremely disappointed with Telkom’s ********* billing and failure to honor a store-level agreement. On 7 Jan 2026, I visited the Kimberley New Park store and dealt with Relief Manager Leahandre Coetzee. We formally cancelled contract 6059341518 and upgraded number 0694582303 to a 240GB plan for R279/pm. Despite this, Telkom has billed me R958.09. Furthermore, I pay my account manually, yet Telkom continues to process unauthorized debit orders. I was told I must pay 10 days in advance to "stop" a debit—a ridiculous "double-dipping" practice that was never part of my contract. I have an internal reference number (91447701), but Telkom refuses to listen or correct their error. I demand: * Correction of my bill to the agreed R279/pm. * Immediate reversal of unauthorized debit orders. * Written confirmation that contract 6059341518 is cancelled. Account Number: 344486191
I have been a member of Scorpion Legal Protection for decades, and it has been a complete waste of money. In all that time, they have not resolved a single legal matter for me. Every time I need help, they find a technicality to avoid doing their job. Three years ago, they claimed a missed premium meant I wasn't covered. Now, even though I have been paying every single month, they claim my policy is "canceled for non-payment" but cannot provide proof of when this happened, vaguely claiming it was "long ago." They take your money every month but disappear when you actually need legal backing. Avoid this service if you want actual legal peace of mind.
One deal a day has disappointed me on the 19 of November 2025 I placed an order till to day I haven't received my order yet, Furthermore I sent numerous email to them but I am been ignored Once they have your money, it's game of chase. They don't give status updates, don't respond to your emails or queries and I am going to open a case of ***** against them one deal a day at SAPS.
Poor Customer Service and Unfair Billing Practices I've been a Telkom customer for [insert length of time], but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Despite making timely payments via EFT, I was charged an extra R207 for an unpaid debit order due to unclear payment terms and conditions. The lack of communication from Telkom's customer service team has been appalling. I was not informed that I needed to make payments 10 days prior to the debit date, and when I tried to rectify the situation, I was met with inefficiency and incompetence. To make matters worse, Telkom had the audacity to submit my name to the credit bureaus without my knowledge or consent, causing significant damage to my credit reputation. The multiple debit attempts by Telkom also resulted in unnecessary bank charges, which I'm still trying to recover. My experience with Telkom has been marked by frustration, disappointment, and a complete lack of trust. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone due to their poor customer service and unfair billing practices. I'm at my wit's end! I placed an order with Makro on July 18, 2024, and paid in full. The next day, I received a text saying my order was successfully delivered... BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED! I spent R323 on calls to Makro trying to get my order sorted out, but I was given the runaround. To make matters worse, when the order did eventually arrive on July 25, 2024, some items were MISSING! I've since spent a total of R693 on calls, and Makro and Massmart are now telling me they're not responsible for their mistakes! I'm exhausted and frustrated. Has anyone else experienced such poor service from Makro? I'm calling on Makro and Massmart to take responsibility and resolve this issue ASAP! On the 18 of July 2024 I place an order and paid for it in full and on the 19 July 2024 my order was shipped/delivered to the wrong address, I spent R 323 call Makro try to get my order sorted out after I received a text message saying my order was successful delivered. Makro gave me the run around and on the 23 July 2024 the other batch was again shipped/ delivered to the wrong address again The 25 July 2024 the first order which was shipped to the wrong address eventually arrived but to my surprise some of the items were missing then I called Makro again and I was told not to worry they will refund me they not even bothered how they inconvenienced me no compensation my airtime and inconvenience when I asked them to give me details for complaints department they keep giving me excusses.
I am still waiting on a response from Finchoice Loans department. I send them an email on the 10th of June and it's been 14days. I am still waiting on someone from the loan department to contact me as well. They were quick to blacklist without checking their books charge me interest For some reason the only way to get anyone's attention from Finchoice is to go through hellopeter.
Standard bank is sending me letters of demand on overdraft which I don't have when I call them to discuss the matter. they keep sending me pilar to post They refused to speak to me.
I get a loan from finchoice on the 5th of June they took R1608.54 now they are telling me I am in errears but when ever I call them they keep telling me someone will call me back . I spend about R183.00 calling them still the problem hasn't been resolved yet.
On the 10th of March 2021 I purchased a product Danone cultured buttermilk which expired on the 3rd of March 2021 and it was still on the shelf, when I took it back to the shop l was told the product merchant will come back to me but I didn't buy the product from the merchant or your supplier why must l given the run around. till today pick n pay customercare service is ignoring me after my complaint
