Client service is very unprofessional Feedback even worse and unprofessional
On 2025-2-17 @ 10h25 a Imile couriers deliver a package for my daughter at my house. The black male guy handed me a parcel, no I'd or signature was asked. Next my daughter send me a photo and a signature that she received that her parcel was delivered. I did not gave the delivery guy concent to take my photo and he counterfeit a signature on behalf of me, that's *****. Imile does not operate according to the rules and regulations of handing over a parcel to a recipient.
I brought a hyundai april 2019 through mfc. Was not heppy with their service and ABSA took over the loan and paid mfc in full. Up to date mfc refuse the send the natis documents to me or to ABSA
I complained about vodacom who steels data. On 30 April a very rude consultant from vodacom phone me regarding the complaint, he phoned from 0822759706 and claims that i must prove on date and sms received about the 30 day data that i claim is depleted within 5 to 7 days. I don't have the sms anymore but cloud trake the days that i purchased the data from my cheque account. On 4 April R99 i gig for 30 days. 14 April 1 gig. 24 April 1 gig again. I made sure i don't whach videos nor download or upgrade any thing on my phone. Within 5 to 7 days i get a sms from vodacom saying my 1 gig is finished. The rude consultant told me alot of people complain about the same problem and they as vodacome need dates ect to investigate this if their is a problem from their side. Just his remark in saying alot of people complaining about the same as i do cleary state their is a big problem.
I buy 1gig for R149 for 30days and within 5 days receiving a sms state that the gig will expire the next day. This is going on for months now.
In Nov 2019 absa fraud phone me about R10000 fraud on my card. Card was stopped. New card received. I've trying to pay the dept but could not hold up. In Feb 2020 credit card promotion was given and new card was delivered at home. Went into bank to activate the new card and the sms received. On 2020-4-8 i went into abb and discover what i think is online purchases. Went into bank on 2020-4-9 card was stopped. Fraud case 5100873. Was informed that this was online shopping from old stopped card and from new card. I don't do online shopping. Only online purchases i do is flight tickets. I never received any sms from bank about this online shopping if i did I've could have stop it from day one. 6 purchases was done that i could pick up on statement for last 60 days I've got from ATM statement. This is highly unacceptable.
Was diagnose wrongly by x ray department at Arwyp hospital on 12 may 2019
They stole R5000 from me off which my insurance paid off settlement
