Moving house and needed to change internet from 1 house to the next. Despite spending literally hours on the phone to 5 different agents they cancelled my current and haven't connected to new home. Trying to explain this has been a 3 hour session and still nothing.
My parents have been with Momentum for over 20 years, in September my Dad passed away and we asked Momentum Health to remove him and just leave my Mom. October November and December they are still debiting for both. In October we supp**** the piles of documents required to prove that my Dad should no longer be on the policy. This hasn't been done. We also submitted for my Mom to be on her own without chronic medication (my Dad required this), but Momentum cannot switch her to non chronic plan till end of the year, so she is paying 3 months for service she does not require. Instead Momentum further debited her for the single subscription, so in effect , my Mom has paid from Oct-Dec for 3 memberships every month. On top of this they cannot change the name on the account and even though we have submitted the documents required twice, they still can't even get the name on the letter correct. Administration nightmare. We even went to their offices to try speak to a real person instead of hoping someone would pick up the phone or be able to connect you to the right person. I cannot believe in this time of computers that you cannot change a contract details or keep billing 3 people when there is only 1! If you can move, I advise you to do so. Highly unrecommended and ***********!
Momentum Multiply has been slipping for some time now. At first I found some value in this product, but lately I am finding there products and service irrelevant and useless. My weekly wins use to be able to use for fuel, no more. I tried using the Netflorist voucher for mother day, but didn't work. The only useful one now is Dischem, the rest is fast food vouchers you need minimum spend on... From a health platform rewarding your fitness achievements with fast food!?!? Really. I tried to purchase vouchers for Cycle Lab, and with Gold status i should recieve 15% discount, this too did not work. I got only 9%... After emailing them to query after 5 days there is still no feedback. Multiply and Momentum has been slowly declining and now Multiply is useless and worthless product t pay for. I do NOT recommend them and would advise you rather look elsewhere for a "Reward" program that is relevant and worthwhile.
What a great place to get a taste of a little Italian, the owner always greets me with a smile. Good food and they even do some great specials.
We have been with this company for over 3 decades. They use to be able to make phone calls, but now even if you call they are far to busy to talk to you and will never return your call. Even if you email them and ask them to contact you they will not make a call. Trying to escalate to a manager yields the same results. It seems its company policy not to talk to clients. The service has dropped drastically and trying to renew or claim is extremely difficult.
Nice site with products you don't find in stores. Delivery is fairly efficient. Some items however are below par and i have ordered 2 items that don't work at all. They have a refund process though, 1 still pending. Rate the site well and you can call and talk to someone which is really nice.
I have been querying irregular billing and contract information from December. I have logged calls with no response and when querying my ref no, it gives me another call logged and reference numnber. Also dialled 135 to chat to billing dept/escalations/customer care and nothing. Tried emailing issue to 3 people at MTN stores to assist and nothing. What is the point of sending emails and logging calls if your just gonna be ignored. Wish i could port my numbers to another Cellular provider, cause MTN is deaf and has no customer care. Why is there never a reply... Go else where or stick to pay as you go. Never contract with them, you'll regret it should you need to get in touch.
Very untrustworthy, they say they did a MTN contract extension in Oct but will not provide proof. The contract they signed up is 20gb data that is useless to 84yr old who cant even use whatsapp. Money hungry company not interested in the clients, Been querying contract from Jan still no proof, now they blackmail us by blocking Sim and asking to pay almost R3000 for contract that is R309 a month? Billing completely nonsensical. Terrible administration and no customer care. AVIOD! MTN not helpful either :(
