Furniture Removals
I used them to move furniture from one of my properties in Witbank to Benoni. A sideboard, Dining room table and small wall unit arrived damaged. When I saw how shockingly it was packed in the van upon arrival, I complained to their Senior Manager. The reply I got was that I did not pack it properly by wrapping it. Friends of mine also used them. Their furniture was not wrapped either but not one item arrived damaged. Because it was properly packed in the van!! I will NEVER EVER use or recommend them again!!!!!!!

Blood donation
I donated blood at Witbank blood center. Told the 'nurse' not to press the syringe into my arm after the blood letting was complete. She did exactly the opposite. Before she removed the needle, she pressed the needle into my arm to prevent bleeding. She hurt me like hell. It was quite unnecessary! I have donated more than 50 pints in the past and few if any did what she did. I will NOT donate at Witbank blood centre ever again!

I went to Witbank Blood Service. Told the nurse not to press the syringe into my arm after the donation was completed. She did exactly that! It hurt like hell. So in future, SANBS can forget about any further donations.

Aramex Parcel Service
Dropped a small parcel in the Aramex bin for urgent delivery to Boksburg, South Africa. Estimated time for delivery 2 to 4 days. Tracked the parcel. Was delivered within 2 days. Saved me wear and tear on my car, petrol and time. I've used them once before. I will use them again when I need to. Excellent service!

CITY LODGE
I stayed in City Lodge (Barbara Road) hotel for the weekend to attend a Conference. The rooms are very basic but at least they are clean, airy and the bed linen absolutely spotless. Best of all the staff are pleasant and helpful. They are only too pleased to assist you when necessary. In my opinion, the ideal business venue for short stays that won't bust your companies' or your personal budget!

I've tried 3 times to get an investment advisor to contact me. All I get is some polite individual who assures me that an advisor will phone me. Which never happens. So I invested my money in an opposition bank.

Bad service from Romans Pizza Ben Fleur.
Preordered 2 pizzas from Ben Fleur branch (Witbank) about a half an hour before I got there. Even though they were not busy (2 people before me), I still had to wait for 20 minutes to get them. I had to pay before they would make it even though I gave my name and phone number before I got there!! And the unenthusiastic cretin who served me said she had no change. It's not the first time I have gotten bad service from Ben Fleur. But it's the last time. I won't order from them again. Ever!!!!

Fedhealth Query
I had a query with regard to one of the facilities (Medivault) that Fedhealth offer to their clients. It was explained to me in an understandable way by what I would consider to be a professional consultant. That is extremely rare these days especially because a lot of the people that deal with the public are uneducated and uninformed *****s. But with Fedhealth, it is obvious that they select and train their employees the right way! So kudos to all at Fedhealth who make it happen :)
