Vodacom - your staff at 0822082430 are extremely unprofessional and rude, they do not even understand the words customer or service, I am mind blown, it is such a stark contrast to the staff I deal with in store, the staff at the store are amazing but these ones that call, disgustingly rude and have no idea on the law of this beautiful country we live in.
6 weeks ago I went in to Builders in Marburg to order a part for my trimmer, I was assisted and told that I had to get a builders cards and make a deposit to the value off the part into this card so that they could process the order, I did exactly as requested trusting the staff completely, the man proceeded to take down my details and confidently told me that my part will be in within 2 weeks and he will definitely call me once it is in the store. After 3 weeks had passed and no calls I decided to go into the store to find out whats happening, to my surprise I found out that my part was not even ordered and the guy who assisted me conveniently was not in, and they would follow up and get back to asap, after 5 weeks off waiting I went back and still no good news, I asked to speak to a manager who said they are busy and my number was taken and promised to call me that day, since my number was taken for management it has been another week no calls or evena message. With service like this I am amazed that this branch is still in operation.

We have a business account with FNB, but do not receive service, one of my staff members attended the branch Friday and then again today, there was no-one available to assist at the tellers. This is poor management to say the least, I have also called no answer. I am a firm believer that Proper Prior planning prevents poor performance. FNB Are you going out of business?
Meal was good and few delays, service was good however the kids play area was dirty and unkept, I would have thought that since we are and are coming through the covid virus, we all would be more conscious about cleanliness

Sent an email requesting legal assistance, only had a call a week later in which the person argued with me, thereafter received a call from a supervisor who verbally bullied me on the phone and tried to use emotional blackmail on me. The most pathetic excuse for a service customer, bunch of liars and frauds. Cancel my policies immediately.
