I have been with vodacom for almost 10 years, in the past year i have had numerous problems with my account to the point where i am now ready to part ways with them. I called in to have a price match done so i could stay with them on fibre services, this seems to be the worst thing i could have done,. Since then, i have had my account dropped from 250mbps to 75mbps and told it would be raised back up again only to find i have been billed for a 250mbps line when i only have a 75mbps line. This is now the second time i have to try and make this fix, only ifference is this time it cost me money. When i contact support its one department to another and i need to suffer because they make mistakes. Honestly in the last year i dont think it is viable to stay with vodacom as a provider.
Company communication is sub par, everything is left to the users to configure once installation has been completed. The teams do not communicate effectively between departments and once the installation was completed we were left with no working clocking system for 3 weeks and the system is still not running. What was promised and what was delivered do not match and their support for completed hardware installations is nonexistent, it has taken almost a month for the software side of the system to be setup and configured and is still not running. Would not recommend using this company.
Absolutely horrible service. We lodged a claim for a pipe that burst in our ceiling and it damaged the ceiling. They sent someone out to do the pipe that cost a ridiculous amount of money for excess and didnt say anything about the ceiling. only to find out that our claim for the ceiling was denied because the assessor claims it was a roof leak when there was no inspection done on the roof. We requested the report and we still have not received it. Logged a call with their service desk only to have our call closed and nothing came of it. I would not recommend using this company as this was our first claim and we are already having problems with them.
Terrible company. I sent through cancellation in January already and was till billed in march. I called to tell them i cancelled and they said there was an outstanding amount on the account. THat was paid. Now we are still being billed and it is so horrible to contact anyone in this company because no one can ever tell you whats going on or the consultants are so rude that they dont want to help you.
I would not recommend using this service as our company have tried to send a package from France to us containing food items and our package was sent on the 9th of nov. We are now on the 23rd and each day the site is updated with a new date but no change in status. You try to call and you cant get through to anyone who can actually help you. Their service is terrible and it appears they cannot transport items efficiently, the intended delivery date was meant to be the 15th at most but we cant even get updates on anything because no one can tell us what is actually going on. If i could give this company zero stars i would. No professionalism or service delivery.
We have been waiting for our deposit to be paid back from Remax since the1st of January and still have not had any updates about the progress of our payment. Aside from that the company took almost 2 months to action a request to have plumbing fixed on the property and we had to follow up with them constantly. When we left our property it was stated that there are no issues and we would receive our deposit, we are now on the 18th and 12 working days later and we have still not received our deposit back. Despite this being against the law they have made no contact with us or attempts to get the deposit paid back to us.
Absolutely despicable service from this company, i logged my request on the 25th of November, since the 25th of December there has been little to no help from support or any form of information to actually indicate what is happening with my request, my request gets closed and i have to log a new request only to have that request ignored for 6 hours and once it was actioned it was too late to have my fibre activated. I phoned this company multiple times a day to try and speed up the process but their support systems are worse than Telkoms now, its a shame when large companies no longer give a damn about customer service. I have now been waiting since the 26th of december for my fibre line to be installed and activated, sad thing about it is that i am not even in an area where it is hard to reach or hard to install, just terrible cusomter service and the agents are seriously incompetent, out of all the consultants i have spoken to there are only 2 throughout that have actually made an effort to have my issue resolved. I have requested to speak to managers since the 25th of December but still have not spoken to a single manager in order to try and complain or escalate the issue. I can truly say that no one will ever get a recommendation to use Vodacom products again, i now need to go and find a new provider for my company to use because we will not be installing business fibre from Vodacom fibre due to this experience. This is the Telkom decline all over again.
Absolutely terrible service, i requested a relocation on the 25th of November, followed process and am still waiting for my installation to be completed. No updates from technicians about when the actual installation will take place and the consultant who handled the call closed it and then tells me I need to follow up with the fibre provider for my installation. If i phone there is no help from their support team and generally all round bad experience. Defnitely would not recommend getting fibre from this company.
