Very Bad Service
If it was possible not to give them a star then I wouldn’t. Ordered on 24 December 2024. Order was confirmed. I then received one email saying the order will be delayed by 10 days. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t keep you updated about the delay. They are always posting on Instagram and Facebook but ignoring your messages. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Bad Service on Returns
Bad service. No more purchasing anything from them ever again. I made an order online and after delivery the size was wrong. Made an online return in which I have been given the run around. I made an email query and was told the courier will come fetch the items but it’s now a month and still they haven’t collected their items. They fail to abide by their own terms on conditions.

Bad Service Mr Price 🤬
It doesn’t even deserve a star. Since I made an online order on 17 December 2022. I have not received my order. Tried many times to make follow ups and the courier company they use doesn’t seem to have my Oder number. I am beyond ****ed right now. We are going away on a family trip and afraid that by the time they consider delivering then we won’t be home.

Bad Service Mr Price
If there was a no star then I was definitely gonna give them tha🚮 Made an online order on Saturday, 17 December 2023. On Monday 19 December 2023 was told that my order is packed then later that it was shipped. It’s now Friday 23 December 2023, I track my order even on the App. Their WhatsApp chat said it’s between Johannesburg and Pretoria but when I checked the Courier Service they use my tracking number is not even processed. I have tolerated too much rubbish from them shame 🚮 They can kiss me goodbye

Debit Order Change Date
If there was a zero then I would definitely give them. I tried calling them in order to change the debit order date. The person who assisted me said it's changed but it hasn't. tried calling them and even sending them emails but i am not receiving any feedback. I wouldn't advice anyone to use them as they will surely be frustrated with their service.

Bad Service - Debit Date Change
Not happy at all with their service and explanation. I have to change my debit order date from the 15th to the last day of the month. I was debited a full amount on the 15th November and will also be debited a full amount on the 30th November because my salary for December will be paid on the last day instead of the 15th since I’ll be changing employment. Where will I get money month end November as my last salary pay was 15 November?

<p>He now calls himself David Josh Kelly on Facebook. Married to Ashly Ash Morris. They are crooks who own Furniture By Design Company. I paid them R16000 on 30 March 2016 for them to make me a U-Shaped Red Fabric Couch and a 3D Coffee Table. Since then, they have been giving me the run around. They were staying in Kayalami - Midrand by then but now they have moved to Cape Town. Have been communicating with them via email and WhatsApp but Joshua is a liar and crook who gives promises to deliver but never does.</p>
