I had a great experience with Krystal Padayachee. She went through everything with me and kept me at ease whilst loading a claim.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with One Percent Accounting, and I strongly advise businesses to avoid them. I paid R1,897.50 for VAT registration, but the service was never rendered because I chose not to proceed due to their poor communication, constant mistakes, and overall lack of professionalism. Despite doing no work, they outright refused to issue a refund, claiming it was “company policy.” In addition to this, I experienced multiple errors in my Xero bank reconciliations, which I had to fix myself. Their high staff turnover makes the situation even worse—every time a new person is assigned to your account, there’s confusion and chaos, leading to even more mistakes. A company that refuses to take responsibility for its errors and does not honor basic consumer rights should not be trusted with financial matters. I have escalated this to SAIT, SAICA, and the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud (CGSO) for further action. If you are looking for a reliable and ethical accounting firm, avoid One Percent Accounting at all costs.
I recently found myself entangled in a web of frustration and headaches with an insurance company that touted the enticing slogan "name your price." The promises were grand, but the reality was quite the opposite – a series of issues that left me disheartened and questioning the integrity of the insurance industry. In my quest for justice, I turned to the ombudsman for assistance, a decision that proved to be nothing short of transformative. Despite the countless emails and numerous phone calls, the ombudsman tirelessly championed my cause. Their dedication and expertise became evident as, against all odds, my claim was successfully resolved within three months. I can't emphasize enough how instrumental the ombudsman was in rectifying a situation that seemed insurmountable. Their intervention not only brought about a resolution but also restored my faith in the possibility of fair treatment within the insurance landscape. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern exhibited by the ombudsman team was truly commendable. For anyone facing similar challenges and feeling the frustration of an insurance company that seems indifferent to their concerns, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking the assistance of the ombudsman. They are a beacon of hope for those navigating the murky waters of insurance disputes, offering a lifeline to fairness and justice. The peace of mind gained from their intervention is invaluable, and I am grateful for their unwavering support in ensuring I received the compensation I rightfully deserved.
Make sure you read your policy if you take insurance with these guys, I was shocked that I have to pay an additional 10% excess because my vehicle was ****** within the first six months. They don't warn you about this when signing up for car insurance.
It is with great disgust I am writing this review, I have a Samsung french door fridge model RF31FMESBSL with S/N : 078A43BH60003W Rev .07. which has stopped working on the 23rd of October 2022 already. Your contractors Utechnologies has sent someone out and confirmed it was the compressor that is faulty, when Walter cam out and replaced the compressor he has said it is not working because the compressor is for Rev .01 and not Rev .07. This was on the 4th of November, he told me that the right compressor needs to be ordered and Utechnologies has told me you (Samsung South Africa) do not have stock of it. Today (the 15th of November) the technical manager of Utechnologies tells me (after I called them numerous times the last two weeks) that you, Samsung South Africa, told them the Rev 01 compressor is supposed to work on that fridge since it's compatible and Rev 07 is discontinued (how the hell does that work?) and they will be coming out tomorrow to try and fix it. My fridge has already started to get mould inside since you guys take so long! I am really getting tired of the bull**** and excuses since it now seems an earlier revision (older) of the compresser now needs to be put in my fridge since it's a warranty claim. I will make sure to tell everyone not to buy a Samsung fridge or any other appliance for that matter since it means f*all.
Bought a 5Kw Backup kit on the 7th of July and had no communication. Decided to call on the 17th of July (10 days later) only to get no answer. Decided to call Payflex since I decided to pay in instalments and they immediately got hold of them. I got told I will receive my refund and three days later still have not received it. If anyone else is struggling with these guys please give me a call on 082 567 1202 so we can open multiple cases against these guys.
Wendy house is starting to fall apart after 7 months. Build quality is not up to standard and they refuse to assist me even asking them numerous times. Rather buy somewhere else for a bit more for better quality.
I ordered a Garmin Fenix 5X on the 23rd of October, on the 30th of October the parcel got delivered by Dawn Wing. Upon my surprise when I opened the parcel it was the standard Garmin Fenix 5 (not X) that was sent. I sent an e-mail that same evening stating that it was the incorrect item sent and that this specific product is R3000 cheaper than the one I ordered. I have called Momentum each business day from the 31st of October but the feedback I received was minimal. The 2nd of November I sent an e-mail again which I was said the matter was escalated to Divan Strydom. I have also never received any feedback from him. This morning I receive an e-mail that according to the warehouse that they did indeed send the correct parcel indicating that I am untruthful! I would like to warn all users of the Multiply platform not to make use of their services because of their lack of support. I am currently waiting for a picking slip or delivery note from their warehouse since I never even received a formal invoice along with my delivery hoping to prove them wrong. All I want is the product I ordered, that's it!
