bad experience with an OVD its faulty with in 6months and the packiningbox was lost during moving the store in capegate insist no exchange due to the serial number is not working on the slip the OVD is the only thing keeping my mother occupied and now it is of no use her 1 st ovd she had 14yrs i mean really now why are you so difficult , im told the query will be taken up with your risk as*****t department ,thats totally rediculous

bought a ticket and missed the bus at 1 because of the incorrect pick up spot T&C says ticket is forfeited how is that fare and the next bus is at 5 but its the same bus company ..utterly ****ed is the most insufiecient service the perosn is traveling with a 2 yr old
i tried getting a claim for optical as we had an incident with member 1 …..why is it that difficult to carry over the funds of member 2 which does not use optical benefits, this medical aid sucks really im in it 2 months i had it up to here OTC is not even obtainable anywhere ,
i purchased a spec on med a month ago a freak accident damaged the frame and lense now its not replaceable , joh die goed is mos glad nie cheap nie, let alone a week later after reporting the borrow lenses were sent back already sucks really , R3000+_ new lense im sorry

poor poor and very disappointing customers service , I PURCHASE A MOP 10/10 THE SPONGER RIPS OFF ID SAY ITS POOR MANUFACTURE , I WENT IN STORE THE HYPERMARKET SERVICE REP CHELSEA WAS very incompetant telling me the warranty is only 3months on the sponge , point is i had it 3weeks they refused to replace anything her sales rep on th efloor had to buy his own airtym to contact her HOW PATHETIC OF HER NOT TO CALL HIM BACK , secondly shes escalets my query to hypermarkets rep whr he says as well sorri mam ther is nothing we can do buy another sponge pathetic my husband was so ****ed with the pathetic 40min of worst service he told the rep of verimark to stuff the mop he will buy another product somewhere else BAD BAD BAD !!!
