I bought a house and it registered during August, therefore when the objections to the valuation roll came out i was unaware. Long story short, I submitted a query and received no feedback like many others. I attended the offices of the valuations department and nobody was there, however there were the staff members email addresses and contact details. On 5 October i decided to email them to query as to whether they received my query, Mr Peet Vermeulen immediately responding providing me with an update and further providing me with forms to complete and return. I then sent the completed forms however i completed the documents incorrect, he made contact with me and advised me accordingly and assisting me in completing the documents. Now this is what i call GOOD OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMM has a gem, this is the best service I have ever received from a government department. Well done Sir and thank you very much for restoring my trust in customer service in South Africa.
Last week I out of frustration wrote a bad review on CLE, I would like to take back my words and say that Emilia and Jackie from CLE Boksburg are the best, they attempted to assist in any way possible, I am now a happy homeowner and should anyone like to buy or sell a property you can feel at ease with these two awesome ladies.
Wow what a horrific experience with this agency, never would i ever advise anyone to use them because clearly its all about the money they get out and not about customer service. So i bought a house through them. When seeing some of the issues with the property the agents reassured me that should there be disclosures not made that they will ensure that it gets sorted out with the conveyancers prior to the owner being paid out. Wow so from the time i bought the house i noticed a whole lot of latent defects and raised this with the CLE and the conveyancing attorneys. I got told that the owner is relying on the voetstoots clause ect ect. I believe that these CLE agents were just as deceitful as the owner and just wanted to get rid of the property. I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of empathy. Even during the process of waiting for registration, i had to keep asking questions which should have been disclosed to me prior to me even signing the offer to purchase. With all the promises they sold me, I am now sitting with endless issues and there is no empathy from CLE. They did not even do a follow up call after the previous owner refused to take responsibility for all the defects that we encountered. This has left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. I sincerely hope that the agents i dealt with sleep easy at night.......
Not a very "reliable" company, considering their name. I placed my order on 24 February, I received an email stating I will receive my parcel on 10 March, then i got another email saying delivery will be 18 March, we are now sitting on 31 March and no feedback. They do not return emails either and you cannot get through to them via phone. I am now requesting a refund, lets see how much fun i am going to have with that exercise.... Never ever buy from this company
I have been trying to resolve a query with OM for over 3 weeks now. Not 1 person that emailed me or called me investigated the matter nor read through my correspondence that i have sent. Their customer service is ridiculous and every single staff member has a lazy and laid back attitude. I will never recommend anyone to use this company. I will be reporting them now to the ombudsman, I am totally fed up.
Unfortunately it doesnt give you an option to put nil star rating. I bought couches 2 years ago, considering the couches are falling apart and we are not "big" people. We paid R10 000 for these couches and notice that the material is of very poor quality. We were told that the couches were leather, which is definately not the case as my son spilt glue and it burned a hole right through. I am so disgusted by the quality of this place and would never advise anyone to buy anything from them. Their furniture is of the worst quality, that was a R10 000 i could have spent on quality, i feel i was deceived by the salesperson and every part of the couches have some type of thin chipboard material. Last week the bottom part of the couch gave in, absolutely disgusted
During November 2018 I applied for the services of Afrihost. In August this year fibre came to my complex. I have had endless problems with Afrihost. Now today i get an invoice saying I owe money for installation costs. The only reason why I used Afrihost is because it was free installation. Now they advise that they have not been covering Vumatel installation since March 2018. Firstly who told them to use Vuma, surely if this was told to me from the beginning i would have used another provider. From the beginning i have been having endless problems with them, with them billing my account incorrectly, vuma blaming afrihost and visa versa. Now a R1750 bill, really!! Worst company to deal with
What a useless bank. I made an immediate payment to a 3rd party on 5 October 2019. When enquiring about delivery of my purchase they advised that they never received the money. On 8/10/19 I called and they advised they would do investigations and get back to me the same day. I have been calling every day and they still do not have an answer as to why the monies were never received by the 3rd party. When enquiring a turnaround time i was advised they are unable to give that. They are useless useless useless.
During February 2017, i upgraded my contract i then applied for insurance. Now i call today because i lost my phone and i am advised that i have no insurance. Apparently there was a system error and therefore my premiums never went off. And there was a system error once again with informing me about this mess up. NOW because of their system error i can apparently still claim however i need to pay the premiums dated back from February 2017 to date. This is disgusting, i have spent almost half my day going from claims department to admin department to claims department, being pushed from one department to the next oh and by the way this is after being helped by some idiot and then she cuts my call. VODACOM you guys SUCK
<p>In and during February 2016 i applied for a refund at COJ due to my house being sold. I went into their offices and completed the forms and submitted the documentation. On following up I was told that there are no documents on the system. I again went in and submitted documents. Two weeks ago i phoned their offices and was advised that the refund was approved on 9 May and in the billing department. When i call today they say the refund was rejected as there was no documents attached. How is that possible and now due to some idiots not doing their jobs i am told to go into the office once again. Do you people think that we have nothing better to do with our time??? It seems to me that anything will be done just so that we dont receive what is due to us. This is ridiculous, not that it wasnt expected!!!! </p>
