Bad service and False advertising from Vodacom.Why do they advertise laptop deals as they don't even have stock and if you order one maybe will get the laptop or not as they can't give you a answer
This is the worst delivery company you can get as there no response from this company.My delivery is out for delivery for 7 days and still nothing pitched up.Dont know why Temu is using this company as its giving Temu a bad name .
Vodacom customer care is worst service you can get after cancelling numbers from Vodacom and then to find out its not been cancelled 2 months later and Management not phoning you back as they are in meetings all day (always the excuse) to sort out the problems and then i told them to go listen to recording when i cancelled it the customer care does not have anything to answer to.I wander if they really have the recording like they said they do.The people that works there is *********** to do the work as they can't sort out any problems
I have not been by mweb for more than a week but now i have to pay R3000 because i terminated my contract and when i try to get a hold of them i am for an hour on the phone and cant speak to one person how bad is that
To whom it may concern this is a really bad health insurance as they are not helping in any way possible and have Excuses every time you need to claim.There after hour care is non existent as you see the doctor by land line keeps ringing.The adviser is also not available so i don't know how they want to run a business if no one is available.I will not prefer the company to any one as they promise things and the end of the day is not what promise you.They say unlimited doctor visits when you sign up to them but after a few visits they decline you at the doctor's as you have reached your 6 limit for the year
This is most awful service i ever got from Any courier company staff is unfriendly and note very helpful at all.Waiting for for my parcel for 2 weeks and its takes them 5 day to move parcels between branches that is 35 km bewteen each other .I would not prefer to use fast way in any way
Good day. Again Outsurance shows that they do not have any competent persons doing assessments. The rejection letter stipulates that the TV has wear and tear damage. The TV does not mechanical parts. What wear and tear damage has been discovered. Nothing is in the report .They said they will reassess and get a second opinion. The claim has been closed. The return of the Tv was also a delay with nearly 2 weeks. We will take the tv for a second opinion and then refer the matter to the ombudsman.This is not the first time we have problems with a claim.
Good day this is my second review and the service of Outsurance is still as bad as 3 weeks ago as the problem still have not resolved and sitting without any Tv as it was collected and never been returned by Defy as promise to be delivered by Tuesday 19 Desember and still no response from Defy or Outsurance.This is really bad services from both these companies and would not recommend them to any one and they have alot stories when come to paying any valid claims
This is not the first time a had such a bad experience with Outsurance the contractors the send to assess you goods is competent to do there jobs.My Tv was hit my lightning and took almost 2 weeks to try sort out the claim and now they said it is because of "wear and tare"but the tv is on 3,5 years old and not used alot. First time in my life a hear something like thas ,When you don't pay your premium they are easy to cancel your policy but when you need to claim they are full of stories
Im waiting 2 weeks for Nedbank to come back to about my credit card as I'm waiting 3 years for statements and still did not receive any .I made payments to my credit card every month and then i find out when i wanted to purchase a vehicle that put on ITC due to not paying the right amount om my credit card.This service is really bad and won't recommend any one to open a account with nedbank
