Highly disappointed with protea metering. Electricity was switched off around 18:30 for no reason last night, spent hours trying to contact their after hours number but kept saying number is busy. When it eventually went through after 8pm the automated response says after hours stop at 8 and sms can be sent, sent an sms no response. Our account is not in arrears this is unacceptable. Can’t even get ready for work because of this. This has happened twice already and everytime we call to rectify this we are met by unprofessional and rude agents who don’t take us seriously.
I think as an organisation you guys need to train your staff better at communication. You employ people who lack the courtesy to treat prospective tenants with an ounce of respect. You fail to communicate effectively. Dealing with Wilson has been an absolute nightmare. Your customer service is appalling to say the least. But reading through majority of the comments, I can tell You have no interest in doing anything about your customer service.
Ordered Chicken Licken using über eats only for my order to come back with a whole combo missing. Instead of rectifying the issue I’m told I should expect a refund within 3-6 working days. How ridiculous. I’m really upset at how nonchalantly they treat matters that are clearly their error!
What a terrible experience dinning at Saddlewoods Steak Ranch. Absolutely terrible. Terrible service from my waitress, she was so unfriendly & seemed so annoyed to serve my family & I. I ordered a milkshake, terrible idea, right at the bottom of it I find a bug, i assumed it was a chocolate chip, I spat it out and low and behold an actual bug. Im assuming im not the target market in terms of clientele however I would have appreciated a small level of respect. Truly AWFUL
Herotel has arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Poor communication, no responses to email and sudden cancellation of debit orders so I’m forced to pay double in order to reconnect my fibre. I’m truly disappointed in how they treat their customers
DSTV contracts are an absolute nightmare and a terrible option. How do I go from paying R650 to an amount of R1360.04. The account was suspended for less than 6 days and I am supposed to pay double plus extra just have my account reconnected?? Absolute nonsense!!!!
Switching from my previous network provider to Telkom arguably has to have been the worst decision I have ever made. The network issues are insanely irritating. Unless I’m connected to the WiFi, chances are, I will end up not being able to send texts, receive emails and or miss communications because the network reception is so poor. Calling the helpdesk for assistance is equally unhelpful because let’s face it , call times up to 45 minutes to speak to an agent who also doesn’t know what to do. I’m highly disappointed in Telkom!
6 different occasions the KFC in Orkney never has any food available for order. No wings no piece of chicken they might scramble up a burger but how can a fast food chain not have any food to sell on 6 different occasions. It’s deplorable in terms of the service offering to patrons. Please look into why the outlet closes so late yet there is never food on offer, 6 different times! Shameful
Worst Service experience at the Orkney KFC. Every time you purchase a meal via drive through you’re told to wait in the parking for your purchase. Ive been standing here for the past 30 minutes for my food and no one is paying attention to me or telling why it’s taking so long for my meal to be delivered. Cars are driving in and out but I’m standing here.
Had the worst experience of my banking life with FNB. I opened an FNB aspire account a few weeks ago on the app had my card delivered and activated soon after. I switched my salary into the FNB account, come pay day I receive a notification that my salary was paid in but I can’t access it. I call to find out why I’m told it’s due to outstanding fica documents. Mind you I have never received notification regarding fica documents I need to submit or that they are outstanding. I make my way to the branch with all my documents bank statements ID proof of account details. Consultant assists me I leave, few hours still no access to my salary I contact FNB and are told that only my ID was submitted by a less than eager agent. I’m provided with an email I send my documents they don’t receive them, I call again agent provides his FNB email I attach and he receives the bank statement he assured me that I would have access to my salary immediately. I wait an hour still nothing I can’t multiple times no answer eventually someone answers they ask a few questions and at the end my account works however my salary has bounced back to our remuneration department I have to call they need to trace my funds I have to wait. My biggest regret was thinking FNB would treat me like a valued customer. I’m with a salary, my debits have bounced. Thank you so much for the inconvenience
