Seriti MMS Clinic for the win
The Seriti MMS clinic has amazing service! This morning, I had to attend to my Medical, and from experience at other mining clinics, it is hateful. Thank you for making an experience that is usually dreadful so quick and easy!

Poor service
Momentum Health 4 Me is really a big struggle. First, we struggled to get a late authorisation for a matter that was done as an emergency, then eventually Momentum granted the authorisation and agreed to a refund. Now, almost 3 weeks later, I am still waiting. On Tuesday morning when I called the broker, she said that maximum 48 hours, and still nothing.

Cappuccinos Middelburg Mall has the best service!! We ordered pizza for delivery, not even 40 minutes and the best pizza was delivered!!

Replayment of student loans without Statements
For the past 6 years I've been paying a student loan, without receiving any statements. It was supposed to be paid off by December, but still the debit order goes off and I can't reverse it.

Quick to take your money, slow on service
They are quick to take your money, but slow on communication! After many emails and many calls, it is still an absolute nightmare to get hold of them. Would someone from the accounts department please call me!!
