Landlords : Avoid at All Costs.
I have experienced nothing but frustrtation and unfulfilled promises from this unproffesional bunch of people. Their lack of comunication , slow response or no response at all, and apparent disregard for tenants concerns and problems have made dealing with this agent a nightmare. I would strongly advise against working with them if you value your sanity and your property is important to you. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are staggering.

Don't buy! It's a **** company with a **** product that is built not to last so consumers and insurance will have to keep on buying more and more geysers.

impossible to cancel
Impossible to cancel, for 3 months now they promise to cancel and to come collect their router. Still being charged every month, they still promise to cancel and collect.

Great service!
I had a locked device that no one else could help me with, back and fourth for a month, at SSS I was assisted by Zandile, she promised to help and within 24 hours they managed to fix it, super professional, always available and responsive and Zandile service was excellent . 10 Stars to Zandile and the team! Thank you ☺️

CCD do not Deliver!
I was notified about my new card delivery on 29/10 the message said "CCD couriers will contact you to schedule a delivery". 5 weeks later my card was not delivered yet.... Even after numerous calls to your customer service and also went to the branch which called the courier again, they say we will call you back and they never do. CCD Couriers DO NOT DELIVER and their service is non existent! I think FNB could choose a reliable courier and not clowns like CCD !

CCD courier do not deliver your cards!
I was notified about my new card delivery on 29/10 the message said "CCD couriers will contact you to schedule a delivery". 5 weeks later my card was not delivered yet.... Even after numerous calls to the courier and also went to the branch which called the courier again, they say we will call you back and they never do. Why do you need a courier to deliver the bank cards??? Just send them to the branch and we will come to collect!!!! You partnered with a Courier that DO NOT DELIVER and their service is non existent!

CollectMed Fraudulent collection
I went to see a neurologist (Dr. Zanele Makasi) paid my account in full R2,300 and two weeks later these people started to harass me for additional R513. According to the Dr. Personal assistant he filled a form that Discovery sent them and the service cost R513. So R2,300 is not enough for Dr. Makasi and she thinks that for filling a form that I had never asked for she can charge additional R513 without even notifying me. CollectMed tried to take the funds from my medical savings illegally without my consent, they had faked the code of service so Discovery will pay them (no code for filling form) and I reported them and the practice to Discovery to the health council and the Ombud.
