Engen garage Vosloorus sebenza is full of crooks
I went to Engen garage in Vosloorus near sebenza on Tuesday the 12 April 2022, My car was empty and I poured R400, When I had to pay I was told that the EFT machine is not working I had to pay cash and I realized when I had left that they robbed me and probably poured R200 petrol instead of R400, that petrol only lasted me 2 trips, to and from work when it normally lasts me a week. I’m very furious that I was robbed daylight by people I trusted.

The Best service in town
I took car insurance with Roxsure in September because they were very affordable with reasonable excess fee and a full comprehensive cover I couldn’t say no to. In 2 months of having the cover my car got damaged and I needed to put in a claim. I did so and I was assisted by Themba, the service was very exceptional and professional. My car was taken to Rudia autobody in a week and came back after 3 weeks looking brand new. Im very impressed and happy with the service I got from Roxsure and Rudia.

Chillie cheese fries with no cheese sauce
I bought chillie cheese fries for lunch and when I got back to work the fries had no cheese sauce so I basically had fries with jalapeños and a few drops of cheese sauce. This was the worst experience ever at Mc Donalds in Mall of Africa

Bank account details captured wrongly
Took out a data contract with Mobile store and my account was never debited for the whole of last year, when I was finally told to query the issue with Telkom by Mobilestore I found out that someone from Telkom captured my banking details wrong which resulted in Telkom not debiting my account for months. Now im being told that my account is being handed over because of lack of payment when the issue was telkom for capturing wrong details. I’ve been calling telkom numerous times to fix the issue only for my calls to get cut off before resolving my matter. Im annoyed and irritated and considering to never ever take out a contract with Mobile store and Telkom.

Worst service ever
I tried to buy chocolate at deals that was on promotion but realized the price was too high when I asked the cashier to void the chocolates she was so rude, Hlengiwe cashier at Deals in mall of Africa is the worst, her attitude stinks, she doesn’t deserve to work with people. She should be fired

Very happy customer
I took king price insurance last year after I was a client with another insurance company for a while and i’ve never regretted my decision, Last week I was assisted by Vishnu and I must say he was very professional and efficient and thanks to him I got my R400 for referral on monday. Yesterday I was assisted by Lindokuhle and again I was very happy with the level of professionalism and the most positive attitude., she managed to decrease my excess without affecting my monthly premium. Well done guys your level customer service is out of this world. King price is lucky to have the 2 of you on their team because you are true gems.
