Bought a fridge Defy brand now it's hasn't been over a year it's giving me problems ,I did lay a complain no one is getting back to me I believe u should be assisted since the fridge is still under warranty, its releasing water by the underneath vegetable shelf that I don't even know where is it coming from, secondly my microwave also is making funny noises when I'm warming food ,tried reaching out but no one seems to care!
I was not happy with vodacom customer services after I reported *****ulent activities going on with my ID and my bank account , consultant in Nigel told me to come back in a month's time for feedback with regards to cancelation of that deal.
Last year December 2021 my car was bumped at the back and rear bumper was affected, I then informed dial direct as my insurance company and feedback came from Leane claims processing consultant saying that the quotation was done,please note this quotation was done based on online photos, sent photos via whatsup and dial direct assessor concluded quotation based on photos and it came to a total amount of R4700 and she told me she could no longer assist me with processing the claim since it is less than my basic current access which is R6500 she then told me to proceed do everything on my own.I did that continued with the same panel beater she had made the quotation with and when I went to that specific panel beater as per our last discussion ,they then started the entire process from scratch assessing my car physically the assessor then forwarded a quotation which was about R11500 for bumper replacement and labour,quotation made on new bumper since the panel beater was unable to get an alternative rear bumper I then forwarded it back to dial direct and then the same lady whose dealing with my case said she will forward new quotation to the dial direct assessor and get back to me today and when I called for feedback this morning she said the assessor said no they cannot assist me with fixing my car since my car is out of warranty and the last quotation made was based on getting a new original rear bumper so they can only fix my car if the quotation is made with an alternative rear bumper. Please help I feel like this company is taking advantage of me and they are robbing me first if all I have never seen that in my policy term.Secondly she won't even send me to the branch that can assist with a rear bumper that is not original she is saying I must do everything on my own since claims for damages according to her and dial direct assessor is R4700.
I just nearly got involved in an accident on R42 because of a careless driver from Zororo Phumulani company who was driving a quantum with a registration zororo 85 GP. He tried overtaking on a two way road R42 Heidelberg, without taking caution of the oncoming traffic, therefore oncoming vehicles had to completly break/stop in order to allow him to pass.. He nearly costed us our lives may the company pls train well their staff before putting them on the road and risking our lives. .
<p>Today went to buy chicken feet at pick 'n pay and instead of being assisted nicely ,a pick 'n pay staff member by the butchery was rude to me his name is Nkosinathi Dube he said there are no prices for what I was looking for,and I can do whatever I want because they don't know the prices and they can't assist me,the branch is pick 'n pay sharon park next to Dunnottar.I was very upset to walk out of the store without buying what I wanted to buy and got treated badly,</p>
<p>On the 30th of June 2016 I decided to go and buy a bed for my parents at Morkels in carnival mall think it's under the Boksburg Brakpan area,I made the entire payment it was cash I even paid the money for delivery and for that day when I made the payment I was told to wait they would come back to me and update me me interms of which day was the bed going to be delivered in KZN mtubatuba but until today my parents have not received the bed I'm being dragged from left to right told stories that they are out of stock every now and then .I'm even thinking of cancelling my order and request my cash back I've been patiently waiting for the store but now it's seems as if they taking advantage of me.Can someone attend to this matter urgently as my parents are sleeping on the floor as we speaking their old bed is broken that's why I decided to buy them a new one so I need this bed urgently.</p>
