Again now the 3rd time Netflorsit did not deliver my order on time. Also spoiled Valentines Day Also no response from emails or telephone calls
New Contract special taken out Device and sim was delivered but no headset as advertised was delivered
1.Upgrade done on 17 dec till date no device or change on contract details. 4 departments unable to assist. Upgrade done online Wish to cancell the upgrade now due to this and no one seems to be able to assist with the cancellation
No Response from Telkom Mobile to refund me after cancellation of service . Numerous emails sent even to one person whom said to me to email her direct . Telkom mobile account refund department please contact me

Great Sales Rep and kept to his word ,Job was done ahead of scheduled time . Disappointed with the office team for not providing a tax invoice and warranty for 2 weeks still awaiting .Rubble removal ,another company had to remove this for me as this was promised daily with no response. Make final payment after removal of rubble !

Dear All Please check your Twisp Vega products for a defect in the fire button. I have had now 2 with the same issues 1 has been replaced already now the second one ,is doing the same.I have been informed from Twisp there has been another case they are aware off ,this was communicated via Inge from Senior Customer experience agent For me this is a safety risk to all and a fire risk as the first one the mouthpiece actually melted before i noticed the fire button is still in the pressed position (stuck).I have had 3 different persons including the area sales manager Nikesh and a call center agent ,all advising me to go to the kiosk.Their reason is for the safety of their staff,what about the safety of the user and his family? I find the product to be great but with a flaw in the design of the fire button ,please all with this problem go to the kiosk call them ,say they can feel the burden as they do not want to listen to sound advise ,until something serious should happen one day.
