Can unifi kindly respond to my complaint as I lodged it while you guys were cobolt. You guys are adding interest without calling me or anything. No 1 from the call centre no 1 from management. You guys over charged me on a small loan and I can prove it
This is so dissapointing and sad as I applied for a quick loan with Cobol not knowing I would be signed for a scam, the interest rate is added even when paying as per statement. They stopped debiting from me till i find out that I have been handed over by them. I request statement and I see they they stopped debiting me then they started adding interests the debt I thought was payed out. Now I am being called and told that I should pay up what I owe them when I've payed 3times more then a 2000 quick loan
I am honestly disappointed by the Rain Company. Last week I upgraded for 5g and it immediately debit 499 from my account as per agreement, so I was concerned about the 4g debit order that I will get this week since I signed up for a debt order on the 25th. I decided to call Rain and query about the 479 debit order and I was told that they won't debit as they already took 499 from my account. Immediately as I disconnect the phone I get a debit of 479 from my account. So that's 499 +479 in 1 day. I call and I query instead I get response that message is sent to billing department and they will get back to me. Only call back I receive is people from Rain asking me how is the 5g working. Today I decide to call Rain after countless of times and I am told my tickets are closed for no reason. I request for management and he said "he will escelatate to billing department" and call back. We'll no call back instead an email showing me August statement and a guy telling me (Thank you for reaching out to rain billing support. Kindly be advised that our services are billed in arrears, this means that every month on the 15th you are billed for usage/services for the previous month and your rain 4G sim card was cancelled on 17 September 2021 so this means your service is active the full month of August 2021 and we charged you on the R479 the 16 September 2021 for those services and you paid an upfront fee of R499 for a new rain 5G sim card plan you purchased, so this means it is not a double billing as you were billed for the services used on the 4G plan and upfront fee for a new plan.) what gives you the audacity to debit my account on a date that was not agreed upon. Not even call to request. This is fraudulent!!!!!!
So MBD has been harassing me for some time, then a lady called from the attorneys with an attitude telling me I must no telephone ettique while trying to explain to her and telling her that she's rude she drops the call on me. Now few days later I receive an sms saying I should call them since they discounted my settlement, I could not call due to the fact I was in hospital. Following week I get a call an I told the lady assisting me that I received a message bout discount stating to her that I only have X amount coming and I wanna settle. This lady insists that she can't assist and I should pay or else I will be blacklisted while iam kindly asking for the discount amount she hesitant that I pay full which I tell her I don't have. I request for management instead she says she will get back to me. In a few hours she calls and says she cannot assist with discount instead I should pay the money I have as installment. I tried explaining my situation but she was more adament in me paying that amount asap (I guess it's commission based company). We ended the call by her saying she will get back to me on Monday and try to get a discount for me. Guess what no call but constant sms demanding for installment
<p>My second escalation to russells on hellopeter.months back I went to russells southgate to settle my account ,was kindly given the settlement amount of 11thousand... from a 938 monthly instalment.a few weeks later I make an application elsewhere and I see my affordability doesn't match the original salary "after debit order "I normally have,which is low .they show me that russells still say I pay a monthly instalment of R938 a month .to my knowledge I think I have to call russells and ask them to update the system that I am done with them.instead iam being told I still owe them R1000 to my ama*****t I explain that I have settled my account but I've been given different reasons to why I am owing (please check recordings).I was referee to the place where I settled my account (russells southgate) and was assisted by manager David Chetea who showed me the escalation mail and gave me his numbers to contact him in 2 weeks.I did so but was transfered to a lady who said its not fixed ,she will escalate the matter .weeks later I go to (russells southgate) and I find the manger who sent me to a lady called Euginia and said "the matter is not resolved she is escalating it now ".Now can I kindly explain something to "Million Rand Companies " who exploit hard working,disadvantaged people for their own financial benifits.I am not a credit person ,I was forced to take credit cause I need a vehicle.I realised that companies and customer care run after us to choose their brands but exploit us as soon as we have signed under the dotted line.we are mistreated all around and "milked" for every cent we earn.I would "Kindly" as russells to assist me with this matter cause I am tired of writing to hellopeter when I have all my debts in order .</p>
<p>i received a message of a returned debit saying my telkom billing did not go through,i called customer care and i spoke to a lady who told me that i should wait for 3days cause on their system it hasnt been proccessed as yet,after 3days i get an sms where they added a penalty amount.I call and explain that i was requesting for an account where i can transfer the money and "some customer care lady"specefically told me to wait for 3days.Now i get an sms with penalty and this guy assisting says "thet were trying to double bill me"so he told me my line will not be cut off since this is an error from their side.i was even given a refernce number.2weeks later my phone gets cut off ,i explain what has been happening and told to pay since i owe them.For the sake of not having bad credit i pay the everything and even now iam waiting for my line to be connected .Even spoke to a supervisor who told me they will assist me asap but now she not responding to my emails.my credit has been tarnished and my line cut off .Dear Telkom please assist to what further actions you want to be done!!!!!!</p>
<p>Last time I applied with Wonga was on January and I paid them. Now I am applying for a vehicle and the dealers keep telling me I have a loan with you guys .I keep telling them I don't but I am being declined cause I have a "loan"with you guys .kindly can thid matter be fixed asap ,my credit score has been destroyed for constantly applying thinking these dealers are lying .I don't understand why we have to report working ethics to hellopeter when a company should do their work .this is really dissapointing</p>
