I'm still awaiting feedback for the email I sent on the 3 September 2024. The health rest mattress is as hard as rock it is causing me body pains unfortunately I can not accept the very mattress that I am complaining about, my complaint was about the discomfort of the mattress and how it is affecting my health. The "health rest" mattress there is nothing health about. I am really disappointed with restonic, 2018 on the black Friday I bought a restonic bed for R3500 at OK Mthatha, that bed is is more comfortable more than the 1 I paid R5699 for, again in 2021 I bought a bed for R3500 at OK Adderly, all two beds I purchased prior to the Health rest are nothing compared to the one in question. Now I am being ignored, I went to the shop to do a comparison between the current mattress and the one I'm suppose to exchange with and honestly even the one instore it is hard as the one I complained about, I made enquirie regarding an upgrade I am not getting any response since 03/09/2024.
On the 27 July I bought and dropped a 3-5 Paxi bag in pep Milnerton, I requested a insurance I was told there was no voucher available. They failed to notify me that I can get it from another store or a day later, on the 5th of Aug I made a follow because the receiver did not receive the parcel between 31/07-02/08/2024 as per the sms, I was told that the parcel is with the courier they will investigate and revert but they never did. On the 08/08 I made a follow up again then I was notified that there was an hijacking and unfortunately my parcel was among those were taken. I requested a Cas no of which they only provided me with the only the degits no location is included. I have made countless attempts to get the correct Cas no but I am not winning I am not getting any except "I don't know or we are awaiting feedback from the couriers" how do I verify if indeed there was hijacking if they are not providing correct Cas no? Paxi is ****med me and they **** about hijacking and give false & incomplete CAS no. I was made aware that their courier is only known by them which goes back to my suspicions that they ***** from the public and lie about hijacking. I have been waiting for that complete Cas no and and the manager has not contacted me as they said he/she would. Sad part is that I can't even claim because there was no voucher on the they I dropped off my parcel, and paxi liability is R500 of which they haven't contacted me as they promised they would.

So it was a loss for me, I requested a case number of which I was given but it is incomplete, the Cas no does not have a location of where the hijacking happened which makes it impossible to verify. It's been weeks since I requested the correct Cas no but with no luck. Paxi is *****ing from the public and lie about hijacking. 1.why are they not providing me with the Correct Cas no? 2. Their courier is only known by them, they do not disclose to the customers so how can they get hijacked? Paxi ****med me items worth of R27049.

Their admission is very bad it's even worse once you get discharged. I was suppose to go back to work gradually as my Psychiatrist suggested my OP who is Stephanie Kriel didn't attend to that, she ignored all my attempt to communicate with her until I was back at work. As an outpatient it's been 2weeks going for the 3rd 1 this week waiting for the sick note from Dr Tinashe so I can apply for leave of absence at the university. Once you are outside you are on your own the only thing they care about is money, they are so quick to book appointment yet fail to attend to your needs.
A year ago I bought a restonic bed (health rest) from OK furnitures, all I can say is I am very disappointed on the quality of the bed, the bed is uncomfortable, I always woke up with pain on my ribs and backache ever since I bought it. I have the same brand at home which I bought years yrs ago and it's was cheaper than the one in question but the one I have at home is way better than this one.
I booked a Delta coaches from Cape Town to Mthatha for 13 Jun 2024, departure time was 6:30 PM at past 5PM I received an sms stating the business will delay estimated time was 20:30. We waited till 23:55 the bus didn't not arrive, there was no communication or whatsoever. He had to make alternatives arrangements as my sister and daughter needed to be in Mtata on Friday 14 Jun 2024. Delta has a very poor service, they do not consider their passengers.
On the 20th of August I had made an online purchase with my credit card, the shop I was buying did not not receive my payment. They advised me to initiate a charge back from my bank I did just that. On the 31 Aug 2021 I initiated dispute with my bank nedbank, i was to told uthe process takes up to 45 days, today its exactly 50days with out my money. I have tried to make follow up with Nedbank but with no luck. Their service is so poor, I tried their call centre they are not being helpful even tried with the branch that I initiated my dispute which is Mthatha cdb still with no luck. I really need my money back.
<p>Few days ago i received a call from standard bank lawyers in Pretoria telling me about the revolving loan of R53339.09 that I applied for which I never did because i dont even bank with them. I then went to standard bank brackenfell branch the consultant told me to go open a case.i went to our local cop shop to open a case but i couldn't open it because i didnt have documents from the bank as proof that a fraud was committed, i then went back to the bank to request the documents, they contacted their fraud department. I was then sent to DHA for hannis Letter i spent time on the cue( carring a baby) i was later told they can't assist me the bank should issue the hannis letter not the DHA now i cant open a case because i dont have supporting documents the bank is refusing to give me them so i can open a case. Now am running up and down because of their poor security system because if their security system was like the other banks where they take photos and finger prints nin of this would have happened, am still a student how can i qualify for 53k loan i cant even qualify for R500. Standard bank poor security system has ruined my life</p>
