Bought a new decoder and I called multichoice to assist with transferring my profile. I was told told to hold until was cut off by airtime. No one bothered to call me back. Made the second call, this time i was promised that should i get cut off while being made hold, the'll call back. Got cut off again, no call forthcoming. Aplarentely they are struggling with transferring my profile. I was immediately reminded that DSTV is useless. I even downgraded immediately. It's not worth the time and struggle. This company is useless.

I have been waiting for a vehicle inspection certificate for over 2 months now despite the promised 7 days turnaround. I called Absa idirect last week Monday and the agent told me they had a backlog of caes to resolve but nevertheless I'll get my Inspection Certificate by COB. 1 week later, I am still waiting not knowing whether I am covered or not. this while they continue to deduct money from my account without fail. I would't recommend ABSA iDirect to anyone. They are so useless I am going to cancel the policy as soon as they decide to answer my calls. I have been holding for close to an hour now.
So I am expecting a package from FedEx express on the 29 of December as per the information they shared. We'll today I receive an SMS saying my package will be delivered today, but the when I check the tracker it still says 29 December. Which system do I believe? How am I supposed to plan my day.

I lodged a complaint about my November payment not reflecting on my statement. I was requested to submit a bank statement as proof that the payment was made. After 2 weeks of sending my bank statement to Cathrine Pillay, I received no response despite promises of feedback. Two ago I received an email from Shaista apologising for the delay and she assured me that the issue has been escalated with the payment allocation team. Two weeks later, today I receive a statement which still does not show my November payment. No feedback yet. I call again today and I am told they are still waiting for feedback. Such horrible service.
My subscription was suspended yet no deduction on my account was attempted on the 1st of January. This is a useless & incompetent company and I advice anyone to never ever do business with this useless people. Their website is useless, you can’t login whatsoever. Their telephone line is not answered. I won’t even try their WhatsApp line. I won’t even escalate my issue, they can cancel their useless fibre line. I’ll continue to use vodacim & rain 4g & 5g. SADV is a useless company.
For some reason Vumatel decided not to deduct my subscription fees on the 1st of January. Instead I receive an sms telling me that my subscription is suspended due to non payment. No attempt was made to deduct the payment. I clicked on the sms link and it tells me that payment has been resubmitted for processing, no due date is indicated & no deduction has taken place. These fibre service providers are boring to say the least. Incompetence everywhere.
Early this month I received a message from nimble group telling me that my account was handed to them from Blake’s in October. However my November payment was not reflecting on the statement provided to me by Nimble group. I made an arrangement to deduct R1500 and the December payment was made. Today I received a call from another company DMC telling me that the account was handed over to them in October. I am still waiting for an updated statement from Nimble group. And I need clarity regarding the company responsible for this account.
If you are thinking of getting a fibre line, my advice to you is “DON’T”. You will be frustrated by lack of service from useless service providers like VUmatel. Firstly, you cannot reach them on any channel you can think of. They don’t answer calls, their websites are just dummies ( they don’t work). The only thing that works is the link you receive to make a payment, after paying them your frustration will now begin. Secondly, if by any odd lotto chance you happen to find an agent to speak to, expect very rude behaviour towards you. I have been waiting for a password & all I get is the sms that keeps prompting me to make a payment even though my payment has been confirmed by them. I have lost interest in their useless service and I’ll only consider getting fibre after 5 years when there is enough competition in the market. If they don’t confirm my cancellation by end of this weekend, I’ll remove their installations myself and throw the useless things away. I don’t even care about the refund. I just want them to cancel and remove their useless installation.
