Our card machine decided to stop working and I looked at all different options then called iKhokha on the public holiday and dealt with Vivian who has truly blown me away with incredible customer service and continually keeping me up to speed as to where my new machine is. He said he could get the machine to me by wednesday and it has arrived! 10 out of 10 for incredible service - I will definitely ensure that I will stick to iKhoka. Thanks Vivian for the amazing service too
11 Days ago I reported I had lost my bank card and requested a replacement and they advised that I would receive a new card in 5 working days. It is now 11 working days and after following up again they put me onto their courier service CCB Couriers who have now advised me that they may be able to deliver my card in up to 5 working days. That is 16 working days that I have had no card to use. This is disgusting! The fact that I have to pay for a replacement card and delivery is even more disgusting considering the delayed period.
In 2021 I completed my debt review and got all my clearance certificates. At that time Cell C received the paperwork and I was able to do my upgrade. Now they will not do my upgrades (2 contracts) as they have said that I am black listed. Not once have I missed payment nor do they fall under debt review. I have been with Cell C since they started but this service is totally unacceptable! What is it going to take to get my upgrades which is owing to me? I have sent all my clearance certificates to them buy they cannot hand me a senior manager to talk to - they only want me to deal through the call centre and they don't even have contact details or names. Absolutely disgusting this service!
Horrific service and they don't update their records and cannot even put you through to a senior manager - only their Customer Care centre where their staff are not trained to handle serious issues
I went onto Cheap Flights to book a ticket to Jhb. During my booking the system through Travel Link it crashed on me so I went in and rebooked the flight and paid for it. Next minute 2 deductions were taken off my bank account. On contacting Travel Link they said that I should have contacted them immediately as it was not their fault that the system crashed and I would have to loose a portion of my refund which they promised faithfully to request a refund from Air Link and via whatsapp confirmed that they had done the request. On phoning Air Link today to find out where my refund was (almost a month down the line) they advised that Travel Link only requested the refund on the 18th August! If I hadnt even followed up with this, no refund would have been forthcoming. Its absolutely disgusting and at present I am now going to loose money and am sitting out of pocket for R2000 plus from Air Link who has a backlog due to COVID. The excuses never stop!
I have been with Cell C since inception of Cell C and I am due for 2 upgrades. I am currently finishing my Debt Review (balance of R4000 owing to complete) and when applying for my upgrade Cell C stated that I cannot have an upgrade unless I provide a letter from the Debt company stating I can afford the contracts which I provided and then they advised that due to numerous fraudulent letters they couldn't accept my letter and they wouldn't even phone the debt review company to assess if it was fraudulent or not then all of a sudden I was advised that due to COVID they are now not doing upgrades! I then asked if I paid the balance of R4000 what the turn around time would be to get my upgrades and now I have been informed that it is better to buy a phone - are they now telling me I wont be able to get an upgrade at all? This is absolutely disgusting especially as I have never renaiged on any of my payments.

I paid WISH R27000.00, in August 2017 for goods ordered that I intended to re-sell in my shop. To date, I have received probably R1000.00 worth and the quality is so bad, particularly kitchen utensils, some of which cannot even be identified. It is impossible to check what was ordered or received as, despite many requests, I am unable to get a copy of my orders or an invoice. The only way to access these detail is via their website but unless you have their order number (about 12 digits long) you cannot do so. Beware! They have your money, for months but if you query anything, they too cannot access your orders...unless YOU give them THEIR order numbers? Note the following: Items arrive directly from China, EACH item in a separate black plastic bag, no invoices. YOU have to pay the Customs clearance charges which means that the Post Office charges you R24.00 for every single packet, if textiles, a charge of R124.00 is levied. Up to now, I have had to pay R1700.00 for a load of rubbish, this being for Customs clearance, which Wish should pay, get all delivered to them and then forward to you in a box, via courier, as all other Online companies do. I have absolutely no idea when...or if...I will ever receive the balance items of orders placed, worth approximately R26 000.00.
