I wish there was an option to give no stars at all. I have used the secured suite chat function to ask for a plan downgrade 5 times already. When I ask for a reference number they tell me its a new system and there is no reference number. the last time was on 1 september and still nothing was done. I always said FNB is the best bank ever. nowadays i dont think there is worse.
The drivers of these truck is driving like there is no other life's on the road. IN Uitenhage in front of sovereign foods they block the roads, we cant drive there. In stead of parking of the road they just stop in the street because it is convenient for them. I don't know what to do about these trucks anymore.
This morning I had an amount deducted from my FNB account with Ref.Fdh Vlt. I did some research and it all routes back to Fedhealth where I dont have medical aid or a loan or anything by the way. Is it fine for you to just take money from people? Short for Fedhealth loan, which I also dont have.
I woke up to a debit order going off this morning on my account with Ref.Fdh Vlt.. Something that was not authorized by me, I did not buy anything anywhere for this amount to go off. Now the agent tells me they cant reverse this back into my account? So its just fine to take someone's weekly money from them? I told the agent I have not approved anything on my account to go off
This has been going on for 3 to 4 weeks. No one is calling or trying to assist me. You guys are ****ing pathetic! You are very good at taking my monthly payment of R400. Yet i have no phone. I want someone to call me today still. Im tired of your ****tup company and pathetic service

You guys are the worst ****in company ever. I made a huge mistake to buy the Hisence H50. I had to send it back several times. The entire screen came out of the phone no scratches nothing. Still you dont ****in give me a new phone. Sent ia back 4 times already.
I bought a phone through them i had to take it back 4 times and still not getting the necessary assistance. Its within the 6 months. ****in useless
I have never dealt with anything worse than nedbank. I applied for a card for delivery. 4 agents calls me to confirm address and if its face to face delivery i confirm 3 times yes. They adv 2 to 3 working days. Its today day 7. I had to confirm all of these details again to a call center agent
I bought a Ford fiesta in December, they were so fast in selling the car to me. Now im still struggling with getting the car fixed. Its been 3 months i still dont have my spare kry, I've bene promised petrol that i still didnt receive. My car was in for a week. My weeks petrol was in my car when i got my csr back it was empty i had to fill up again. Im so tired of nissan i would not recommend buying a car through any Nissan retail. I dont get any feedback from them i have all the msgs that i spoke to the salesman and the manager i need to constantly ask whats going on i dont get provided feedback. Please dont make the same mistake i did.
