Excellent service, good communication, reasonable prices, fast delivery, good quality. They deliver shoes in shoe boxes rather than plastic bags which is a classy touch from yesteryear. I have only had good experiences with Shoebox.
*****sters. They take your money and disappear. They appear to have offices everywhere including Algeria but are probably run from China.
I have still not had my collect return to Mr Price resolved. On Monday, two days ago, a lady called Sharon phoned from the Mr Price Pavilion telling me she had received my return which Mr Price had collected from me, but did not know what she was supposed to do with it. I told Sharon I wanted my money refunded. Sharon said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. Nothing since then
Terrible service. They take a long time to reply. YOU CAN'T RETURN AN ITEM BY COLLECT COURIER IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. You have to go stand in the queue at a nearest outlet. If I had wanted to shop in store, I would have gone there!!! I am partially disabled and have trouble getting around! Please sort this out!
Definitely a **** business. I ordered two weeks ago and they sent a message very quickly that the order was received, BUT don't give you an order number or invoice or any reference number. They tell you not to contact them with any queries as their lines are very, very busy. A week or so later they will send you an encouraging message saying that your product has been packed and will soon be on its way. It is at that exact point that the amount you were charged is no longer outstanding on your charge account. It is nauseating the way these people build up your expectations. At that point, they go no contact. You are ghosted. You try to get hold of "Richard" on their 072 number and leave a message. No reply. I can kiss my R800 goodbye. I am wondering if I should go to the police and lay charges against them.
On 7 August this year I ordered two packs of 2-ply Toilet Paper of 18 rolls each, together with Family Wipes, Vitamin C & Zinc, and Vitamin B12 under order no. 230807-001-1154. The Packing List reflects 2 x 2-ply Toilet Paper 18 Rolls but only one 1 pack of 2-ply Toilet Paper was actually packed, so I am short one pack. I have tried repeatedly to cooperate with Clicks's service department to get this resolved. On one occasion I was told telephonically that I would get a cashback of R110 for the missing pack, and that Clicks had already e-mailed me confirm this cashback. But I received neither an e-mail nor a cashback to the value of the missing pack of toilet rolls. The carton my goods were packed in was too small to accommodate 2 packs of 18 rolls of toilet paper, so I was looking for another carton, but there wasn't one. It is a mistake on the packing list on Clicks's side. I would still like my cash back of R110.
Kudos to Absa Bank Ladysmith for settling and closing my deceased husband's bank account so promptly and efficiently. I was helpfully supplied with documents to submit to the deceased estates' department at the local Magistrates Court. On getting the letters of authorisation from the court and submitting them to Absa, it took less than 5 weeks for the money to be transferred to my own bank account, and the deceased estate account closed. Now that is what I call excellent service!
I've honestly had it up to here with Old Mutual's slack service regarding my late husband's living annuities. I have several times indicated in writing that I want these annuities transferred to my name with my own living annuity with OM. Last week Wednesday a gentleman in their service department told me it would take 24 hours for this matter to be finalised. Since then, I have heard nothing. What if I actually need the income from these annuities? Is client cash flow ever a consideration for OM's claims department?
I have been pink haired for the last couple of months with varying levels of semi-success but am not going to continue as the product damages the hair badly and I don't want to go bald. The concept of these fashion colours is good but the Renew product is shoddy quality. Someone like Loreal or Revlon should go with this concept to bring it up to standard.
I have this year received two statements from Lenmed La Verna Hospital related to hospital charges incurred on 13.04.2018. The first page sets out the respective charges which were all paid for in full by our medical aid. The second page on the reverse indicates an amount of R727.90 outstanding, with no details provied. There is no contact number or e-mail address on this statement, just the bank details of the hospital at the bottom of page 2. I phoned the hospital's accounts department and asked what this outstanding amount was for. I was told it was for charges that medical aid did not cover. No further information I asked the lady in the accounts department to e-mail me the particulars of this charge. To date nothing has been forthcoming. I am not prepared to pay a charge if I don't have the slightest idea what it was for. I am entitled to a detailed invoice which I will then send to my medical aid for corroboration that they at least received this claim. I don't read ICD-10 codes and I don't appreciate this kind of poor service.
