I canceled my previous order as Temu allocated it to gfs express ( worst carrier in the business in SA). I had a conversation online with Temu indicating that I dont want gfs express. After ordering the same things they have the audacity to reallocate to gfs express. I immediately asked for an immediate refund. I told them I won't be paying the customs anyway. The products have not left China. Well I shall not be ordering from them if they can't fix their useless courier gfs express. I ordered similar from Amazon, I shall get delivery tomorrow. Paid slightly more but peace of mind. I told Temu to stuff their algorithm. Not sure whether I will get a refund. Their apologies and coupons don't deliver.
I ordered from Temu, when my parcel was dispatched by gfs express, I immediately complained to Temu, got a refund,and I will buy again. If I get gfs express,then the loop continues. I have made it clear to Temu to not dispatch my parcels with gfs. I am now stress free. Once with gfs was enough.
If you want to sort your issue out with GFS express, complain to Temu on the app. Get transferred to a human, via chat and ask to be put through to a manager. This is what worked for us. They eventually delivered the same evening I was on the chat. Don't waste your time contacting gfs, you just waste your money. Temu offered me 20% off my next purchase. I told them I didn't want it, it wasn't about the money, I needed my stuff. Complained several times during the day. I asked Temu, never to give me gfs again. My next purchase has been awarded to CN express. Just use AI to find out how to complain to Temu on the app, if you are having difficulty. 3 days of complaining 5 times a day worked for us. They contacted gfs while we were complaining on the app, and they arrived 45 min later. Good luck
We have similar experience with gfs express. They **** twice, on the phone, that they would deliver. Customers need to click on their order and from there try to chat to a Temu agent. Try and escalate the issue. My wife has done so. I have copied and pasted a recent article and sent to Temu regarding this courier. Unfortunately we have still not received our order. I figure the more people that complain, the more chances of Temu taking this seriously. Otherwise we never had an issue with other couriers.
Changed their name from Revix to Altify. As Revix, they invested 24% of our funds with a Korean company. We were not aware of this until said company went bust. More than a year and 24% of our assets are frozen. I bailed out at a loss, however 24% is still locked. Just kiss it goodbye. Do your homework before you invest.
I have logged into the 10x portal to see that my balance reflects as R0. on Friday 18 October. I therefore decided to do a full repurchase of my funds that were originally sent on 11 October. I am very disillusioned. Lets hope the repurchase goes smoothly. They haven't responded to my earlier review.
Invested on Friday and investment only reflects the following Thursday for a unit trust. Should not be more than 48 hours. 10x your service to match that of other investment houses. Someone one will call you they say, but no call. You call them and stuff doesn't get resolved. I guess it's back to my ETFs on EasyEquities and Sygnia.
On Feb 2, 2023, I ordered a gift as a guest. I have an email from Mr Price with the delivery details. It is supposed to be a surprise gift. Instead they send it to the correct address, but have my name as recipient. The recipient according to original email from Mr Price is not myself (it is someone else). So the parcel is returned as recipient unknown. After contacting them I am told that nothing can be done except a refund, which I gladly accept. However they will not acknowlege that it is their fault and that the simple solution would have been to correct the recipient name, as per online purchase ( I have email proof thereof) and deliver the parcel. I welcome a manager to telephone me and respond to this compllaint, since I am fed up with wasting 1 hour talking to people who go around in circles. Gladly waiting for my refund and not going to shop there again.
Ford dealer wanted 52k to repair gearbox. I had vehicle towed to Premier and cost me 4k to sort out stuck gear lever, wasn't the gearbox. Excellent service from Imraan. This business really treats customer as king. Will definitely be doing my services and repairs with them. Very honest people, a pleasure to deal with them.
****** useless, did not inform us about flight grounding. Ridiculous. Will not fly with them again. We want our money back not a voucher. Had to book 2 domestic flights to get to destination to catch international flight.
