So Fnb Langebaan move to a new premises in Laguna Mall. They close the branch and both ATMs, stranding their customers completely. There is no planning in their move. None. Just total shut down. Much like the USA leaving Afganistan. Totally inconsiderate. They even to-date have norlt opened an ATM. Let us migrate to Capitec etc. What a bunch of short sighted #^$&%*$@s
I am delighted in the way Jason handles my issue with service as per my last review. He called me and the matter was dealt with. Brights is a bright light amongst it competition. Keepuo the good work.
Great store with significant investment. A pity about the extremely bad service from Rafiq Mustafa who certainly does not fit the great service associated with this great brand. He was found to be reluctant to help, no initiative, extremely rude and quite frankly useless. It is a shame that a little leaven can effect the whole lump.
Have you ever tried to cancel and expired contract?? Near impossible. This con play now gets you to call MTN wherebthey put one through to a RETENSION department. Ione cannot cancel at a branch any more and it takes 40 minutes for this Retention Department to even answer the phone. They then keepnone holding another 35 minutes. It is is joke. Another joker at MTN Canal Walk main branch is Sandy. Shenis also useless. AVOID MTN AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE UNETHICAL.
I was bounced around 10 times by the call centre trying to reach claims. It took me 1hour 5 minutes 5 minutea of patiently waiting being bounced around and never ending with claims to realise this is useless. I have 2 properties insured by this bad service company and i am now thinking of cancelling both policies. These guys are real jokers.
From a medium rare order, my wifes steak was over grilled. Then it was returned under grilled with the inside ice cold. On calling the manageress over, Lee asked us how would we suggest that they warm the steak up. By this time we had just had enough and left. I had also returned my lamb shank as the sauce was just too salty. They gave the the same shank back but this time with a satisfactory sauce over it. They probally washed the shank under tge tap. Just not the standard that has built this brand since the 60's from Rondebosch Main Road. Not sure we will be returning as it seems this name has been *******ised in the hands of these Northern Suburb hackers. Big shame though as we have had brilliant meals in Camps Bay, Green Point and George.
Restaurant: Food ok. Service very indifferent. No management and no one with there hand on the wheel. A bit of a let down once again. Very little training has gone into these amateurs.
Beware Rip off breakfast scheme. Breakfast is weighed. One never sees the weight. I am sure they do not even tare the plate. I had 1 egg, 2 small skilpaaitjies and half a s**** of mushrooms. R63 was what i was charged for. Stay clear.
Worst service ever. Customers sitting close to me waited and hour. I preordered my meal. Still took forever. I finally walked out.
