Car has been back to Audi Claremont 6 times within 10 weeks for the same issue.During this time we have not been able to use the boot . The car is still on a maintenance plan. Escalating the issue to head office has not helped. Generally the staff are less than concerned about their customers - to be understated. And the communication is non existent - and the car in mostly is only ever very poorly cleaned Enough reasons to sell the car and never buy another Audi

I ordered and paid for shoes on 22 November I have sent countless e-mails, and called a number of times I have still not received the shoes, and had a pair of socks delivered to me at 7.45am on Christmas Day, as an apology- but no shoes I have repeatedly asked for a call with management , but it seems that they are not interested in contacting me I am now being offered a 10% discount on my next purchase - but still no shoes delivered getting on for 2 months after I paid for them. And no management involvement
<p>Having paid for a year in advance to take advantage of the one month discount, I am now getting messages telling me that my account has been handed over because I have overdue amounts -it turns out that DSTV never allocated the payment correctly. I have never heard anything from DSTV until being told that I have been handed over, I have had two calls now to DSTV to try and resolve this - one around 10 days ago where they said they would get back to me in a few days, another today as needless to say they did not respond. Each call took around 20 minutes of my time, and I guess this is not the end yet. I live in hope!</p> <p>The individuals on the phone are very helpful and polite, but nothing happens..</p>
<p>I have had a Tracker device for 4 years. A few months ago Tracker notified me that there may be some fault with the device. They have missed 3 appointments with me to install a new device, despite management getting involved with the third appointment</p> <p> </p> <p>This means that I will have wasted 4 hours of my time because of there poor devices / sloppy customer services</p>
