Funds were transferred from Discovery 2 payments were made to CRF one being in Jan and the last one being in Feb to date those payments are not showing on their App or website. I have called numerous times with most of the time no answer, some of the times they answer then you speak alone on the phone with no response from the other side but you can hear people talking and I have sent emails with no response or feedback from the fund just the automated response. On friday 13th March 2026 I managed to reach a lady by the name of Zuki Fodi who escalated the matter to the person responsible for my employer who is Lwazi Qungquto at 11:02 am and I followed up today 16/03/2026 with another email to Lwazi still there is no response and at this point in time I am not sure how to feel about this fund as it seems like I have made a mistake in choosing them there is a huge lack of Client Eccentricity.
Poor service I received so far from the NCR. I logged a query or complaint in the begining of July laready a month has passed with no resolution from them nor responses I called to follow-up more than 5 times every single time the person who answers the [hone says they are escalting & will recieve a call by the end of the day I am still waiting. I still have not received my refund from Evericious Ma***a who owns Credix and NCR is not helping at all.
I have been trying to get hold of them and nothing I am waiting for a certificate which was promised I will get on the 28th of June and didn't only to find out my file was now transferred to a company named Armani whom which told me they are waiting for Kudzi at Credix to transfer funds to them still to date nothing from Kudzi I have been trying to call no answer if there is an answer then he tells me he will get back to me and nothing after wards.
Bought a gift voucher on the 24.12.2022 from the Gugulethu Foschini store. So I realised it's missing now but I still have a receipt i call their customer care line was told a form needs to be filled in at the branch for them to investigate they'll have to check first if it was used or not emidiately I rush to the store for the store manager to tell me there is nothing they can do. Though I explain what was said at their contact center but still there is "nothing we can do about it" can you check or cancel it because it's a card it can be traced with the reciet ? 40002687733, C20221129-00162, C20221201-003283 I applied for continuation of benefits on the 25 Nov 2022 till today I have received no funds, I have been calling & sending emails trying to understand what the status on their system meant "call logged ,open payment grid" because normally it would read "paymaster closed" for it to be successful the agents could not give straight answers but said I should wait 10 business days which I did. I called again yesterday Mashudu (agent) said she was escalating to her Team leader but i have not received anything as yet my policies are lapsing if I do not make payment this week. I asked if that status was because I received about 50% of what I normally get last month all I was told it was escalated to paymaster for recalculation. I have not even got a response on the tickets I logged in November trying to understand.
I bought a rechargable speaker at cash crusaders in Phillippi Junction on the 29th April 2022 the speaker only worked for a month giving me problems of just cutting off I have just started a small business in Delft as i am unemployed the speaker is a huge part of that business in keeping patrons entertained & those passing by wanting to check out what's going on which helps in keeping and getting new customers. on the 10th June 2022 brought the speaker back for exchange as it was just one month i was told it can't be exchanged it needs to go to their repair centre and I must wait 21 days for it to return - on the 6th of July 2022 I went to collect the speaker to get home it's still doing the same thing i went back into the shop at 13:30 pm to be sent to different people up until a manager Shermeez was called to assist she also could not do the exchange because she started there on Tuesday she said also she said she understands what I am going through which is condercending because I am the one doing up and down with my car and petrol with no compansation from them and I am the one who lost on my new business because there was nothing to entertain my customer with she then called a guy Nathan Van den Westhuizen operations manager who told her she must tell me the same thing that they need to book the speaker again fot repairs which is a very poor way of handling a comppaint from a operations manager. So now I have to wait for another month for a speaker I bought cash in their store just so i can conduct business and try to make somthing so my kids can go to be with food - cash crusaders does not care about that i am the one who lost our on time , money , petrol and milage of my car having to go up and down were this speaker could've been exchanged seeing that the repair centre could not fix it. I am disgusted with their service and treatment
Poor network service in my area - for the past week I bought 1Gig "today" bundle I however unable to use the bundles. I watch netflix and surf the net however the bundles are wasted every day because every time after work when I get home I am unable to do anything that has to do with using the internet every night so the bundles expire at 11:59pm - at this moment writing thins review its a struggle, I am trying to be on whatsapp, facebook or watching movies on netflix nothing is working. I first thought it was my phone deleted some stuff dololo, then every morning when I am work after buying the bundles they work perfectly at bellville (ofcause can not use them as I want during that time as I am working) but when I get to gugs this is not on this is poor to a point that one of my friend who experiencing the same problem changed to MTN which I think I should also do after this waste of money.
on Saturday 12/09/2020 I requested a ride and a driver by the name of Colin Julius phone number 0812837461 accepted the ride & the charge was R30 that was deducted from my acc told the driver I am just picking up a cake for my kids & heading back to my place so he said he'll wait for me it was not even 5min we turned back upon getting home he showed me a charge of R114 & I told him that a deduction of R30 was taken from my account he then said Bolt checks if your account has money hence the R30 so I paid him R120 he did not have change, about 20min after the ride another charge of R80 was deducted from my account called Collins he said he'll bring my money back on the same day & I have been calling him since always a new story from his side - I reported the matter on the company's support page their response was we will contact the driver & hear what transpired which is a automation I have not heard from both the company or the driver nothing nor have I received my money back. Bolt's response time is very poor & disgusting as this is not the first time I am suffering in their hands I just need my refund !!
Very Very Poor service!!! I ordered baby essentials on the 05/05/2020 from their site and paid for everything the same day, I kept writing e-mails to them asking about the status of the order if they answer they then it would've been after days of no response, there nothing no sms keeping customers informed about their orders you as their paying customer needs to waste your data sending e-mails asking about your order you paid for. I find this very poor on a customer service perspective, all they responded with was "let me remind you that delivery is 5 - 10 working days" if I calculate the 10 working days today it's the 10th day and nothing yet for my child as been delivered by this company. I wont lie their deals are really good when they are good but the level of service is very cheap ( I guess I paid for cheap)
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend yesterday to celebrate our aniversary till to date the delivery has not been made. The driver said he was told that they do not have such a person at my girls work place when asked to return there he said he can't its late. Called spoke to Zenobia asking her to cancel the order she the placed me on hold to find out some information, then she said she can get the guys to deliver first thing this morning even asked what time my girl gets to work I said 9am she confirmed she'll note it that it must be delivered this morning, I then called today at half past 10 then she tells me she cancelled the order she even says we can listen to the calls I confirmed the cancellation after explaining her words to me she then remembers - what's going on with you people? Its not the first time I'm delivering flowers with u to the same person same address but this level of service is uncalled for I have been sending emails with no response you've messed up our anniversary yesterday Thank you
