Absolutely shocked and appalled at the pathetic service received from Netflorist. Not sure at what point their service became so bad but really something needs to be done. The drivers get lost, the call centres are not helpful, orders dont get delivered. I just had an important order be delayed with delivery by 3 days due to incompetence on their side. This in addition to multiple disturbances from them while at work is really frustrating and I will not be using them again. Literally going to make sure everyone knows how useless the service is.
I was assisted by Paballo, he was most helpful and extremely easy to talk to. He made a concerted effort to give me enough information and he was patient and answered all of my questions. I am so pleased with my interaction with him 🙏🏽
I have always had a pleasant experience with Nando's in general, but the Florida Road branch in Durban is just pathetic. Every occasion of visiting this branch has been a dismal battle to get the right order, a friendly waiter, or even just a courteous greeting from anyone there. Even the curbside pickup is a nightmare because they leave you waiting for more than 30 mins at a time. Further to this, they do not answer the phone when you call them and the staff attitudes are just so bad. Suffice to say, they have now lost another customer as I will never be using them again.
Absolutely pathetic service as per usual from Vodacom. The call centre is useless beyond measure, even the online consultants cant help. I am shocked at how this company is still in business and how they can literally steal from customers with no repercussions.
There should be an option for ZERO stars. Had a billing query since January, if that's even possible. Was lenient enough month after month whilst they spun me utter bull**** and deviously made me enter into a contract. I have been charged incorrectly since January and made contact again on 31 March to which the only feedback I receive is that they will provide me with feedback when they have it. I dont feel this is right and I would like to make contact with an Ombudsman to discuss the multiple times Vodacom has stolen my money and left it unresolved. They dont deserve to be in business especially in these tough economic times.
I always have such a pleasant experience with King Price. The call centre staff are knowledgeable and patient and always wanting to provide you with excellent customer service. The reason for my review is to specifically acknowledge Mpho Mashiane and Tshepiso Pitso for their amazing service. Mpho went over and above to ensure that my query was resolved. Absolutely blown away from Mpho's service. Thank you guys!! Keep up the excellent work.
We had the most amazing experience with all of the staff and doctors at this hospital. Our puppy was recently hospitalised with them and they constantly kept us updated and informed for the duration of her 5 day long stay. We hope the vets and staff at this hospital are all eternally blessed for the amazing work that they do!
Had the best experience with the Telkom call centre agent named Ayanda Gladness Msimanga on Friday last week. This woman was so helpful and patient and restored any faith that I have lost in network providers. I hope this woman is hugely recognised for her work ethic. Great work
As usual, Vodacom does not cease to disappoint when it comes to making customers feel like we owe them something. I confirmed a contract cancellation and upgrade on both 27 and 29 November to be effective 1 December yet they are still billing me for my 2 older contracts. the amount is in excess of double the value I should be paying as per what was agreed with Nkululeko at their retentions department. I have not been given any help to rectify this and still await any kind of feedback from them. I even requested the calls to be pulled up which they have yet to do. Absolutely the worst network, forget upgrading, this needs to be a complete cancellation to break any ties with this horrendous network!
I have had the most atrocious experience with Checkers and this app. So the app pre-authorises an amount higher than your basket to account for different weights and stuff if you buy meat and other weighed items. So you need to have basically double the amount of your basket for the transaction to go through. Then Checkers fetches the actual amount from your bank and leaves the pre authorised amount just lying there uncleared. So what the bank doesn't tell you is that this amount will never be reversed to you unless you call Checkers for a clearance letter (which I have been doing unsuccessfully since 7 August because all they can do is 'escalate' the request) to then send to your bank to release the money. They dont tell you this and you then need to resort to social media platforms to get any help at all from them! The call centre staff are patient and I understand they can only do so much, but Checkers is really ripping people off here, making them sit with no money for almost 2 weeks. This is so unfair and appalling, Checkers really needs to fix their app and this issue. PS - Can someone please help me get this letter ASAP as its now been unreasonably long for me to keep asking and waiting.
