You get a quick enough response but they will not admit they are at fault. Not the first time I order and the item is miraculously out of stock yet you go in the site and it still says stock available. They also advise you days later after your purchase that it's not available. No compensation offered at all. Not even free delivery.
They don't even deserve this review. No phone number to call. Emails are responded to but with vague answers. Ordered a gift for my son and with multiple emails to get the delivery before a certain date I get an email to say it will be delivered by 4 days later than requested. A one Star review doesn't even come close to my disappointment. I don't understand how it can take more than even 3 business days to deliver Lego!
I am so frustrated. My card was blocked without even so much as an sms to let me know. I call the call centre the put me on hold for about 10 minutes to come back and say someone will call me. Still no call! I call the fraud department and they were nicer about the approach. Called me back put me on hold but advised me the same thing. That i will be called back. this was all before 9h30 this morning. Still no call back and we are looking at 16:00 already and i have been unable to do any banking. How is it that the fraud department is not even able to help me?
My husband just had his phone stolen at the zone fitness in Rondebosch. All they said was someone else had there phone stolen too and a form had to be filled out. Do you now have cameras outside? To top it off we wanted to cancel the gym membership and you made a fuss about that too. Disgusted with your service and honestly will never recommend this gym to anyone.
Nano create amazing frames for kids that are flexible but when the time comes to find replacement parts its nearly impossible. You get told to buy a new frame or that parts are not available. Why dont you sell to the public? going through a third party is exhausting because then we get told its not covered under warranty. We spend the extra money on these frames as its supposed to be indestructible for kids but clearly this is not true and instead of helping us we get told buy a new frame.
I can really say the service has been shocking. We have been trying to get my sons glasses repaired for a week now and keep getting told they will call us back. Now we get a call back to get told the part we need fixed is not under warranty and we must buy a new frame. I am disgusted about being shoved around and then trying to make money off us by saying we need to purchase a new frame for something that can easily be repaired.
The claims departments is outright a disgrace. Vague responses and or no payment. I am submitting a claim for the 3rd time now. its ridiculous considering how much we pay for medical aid a month.
I am utterly disgusted at how superbalist is treating my refund. I logged the return almost immediately of receiving the goods. I am then sent pictures to say that the item is dirty and i cant have my refund. There is no way that happened on my end as i immediately saw they were too small and put them back in the box. The box was opened by the courier and no one has sent me any proof that this did not happen on route to the warehouse. i expect my refund. as a consumer i am entitled to return the product according to the consumer act.
The worst and slowest service. Canal walk and blue route mall. Lost my business. Cant believe i waited an hour for average food
There are so many small terms and conditions at places when you go to them that using the app is not a sure thing. You cant order from this menu item although it says menu item on the app. The cover charge is only for adults and not kids but the app just says entrance fee. I am hesitant to get the app for next year as i have had to pay additional money in any case. Entertainer you need to be more specific. I dont always call for a reservation or inquiries. sometimes is spontaneous and then you get there and you cant actually use the app at all.
