I had an incident where my right wheel rim was cracked and had to be replaced. During this only one tire got replaced, I then felt unsure as it is often recommended to replace tires in pairs, I disputed this and queried that I was not happy with my claim, each time I got escalated until I arrived at a manager called Cornell, he patiently sat with me on the phone explaining all the details and helping me understand and we came to an agreement regarding this deviation. It was so nice to feel so taken care of and to have them do nothing short of hearing me out and not treating me as if I was a nuisance and understood that I needed peace of mind. Thanks for always doing such a great job as my insurer! I am always nothing short of satisfied and at peace
Shout out to Thabogo, who opened up query with reference number 1-35156334204692! I have been struggling to get an issue resolved since July 2020, all call center people and even the support people in the Cradlestone and Northgate branches were unable to help me, yet in like under a week, Thabogo did what had to be done, and Vodacom even refunded the amount that was in error. Thank you to Enocenciah Mokotli for the investigation that they did so quickly. I hope you guys get recognized for your efficiency, devotion, care and pride you take in doing your jobs, it was such a pleasure!
So it has been almost 2 weeks now. On September 29 2021, I was contacted by pre-legal collections stating that our account for our house loan is in arrears, and is negatively affecting our credit profile. My banker was completely useless in resolving this issue and promptly asked if we had taken a payment break after not responding to me with the level of urgency you would expect from something like this. This was the third time this guy has been lacking in service, the first time he gave us the wrong insurance, the insurance we needed was a condition for getting our loan approved by FNB, so I really don't understand how he as an employee of FNB, could get this wrong. He does not get back to me on requests, I have asked for a different banker, that was 2 weeks ago. Now we have a burst pipe in our house, also for about a week, and our FNB insurance is just not getting back to us at all. I tried calling the sales person I was in contact with who was trying to assist my situation, and she promptly answered and then put the phone down without saying a word. so our credit score is going down the drain, our shower has a burst pipe, and I am inbetween bankers.... FNB is dropping the ball hard here! And since there is no designated number to call and the support people on the app are always over busy and hardly ever have any helpful advice other than to contact your banker, this is turning into quite a laughable company.
I mean 5 star would be if you could light a fire under the butts of the providers of lines.... It feels like you guys get a lot of bad publicity because of places like Vumatel and SADV who have bad ethics and lacking attitudes. But hey Afrihost is my absolute favorite ISP, ALWAYS available, support people are amazing and take care when providing feedback and to an amazing job, and once things are up and running, hardly ever even need to call you. Communication is on par, accounts department is on par. And truly kudos to your support team, they remain calm, focused and hardly lose composure whenever I have had a moment and lost my temper out of frustration.
Technicians - 5 Infrastructure - 5 Support - 3 Provisioning team 0 Seems like there is a problem with this area... why that is I don't know.... ISP's are also getting tired of struggling with this, and this could be detrimental to an otherwise healthy public relationship. I mean I had more luck creating a twitter account and tweeting at your profile than I my poor ISP support people has had in getting feedback. And even then there seems to be no real knowledge as to how this department functions or how it works... I am going on 48 hours for provisioning and the highly escalated ticket was even closed by that department earlier.... Please realize there is something wrong, might not be with the employees, maybe they are overloaded? maybe they need to better understand their role and what is expected? I have no idea, but you have a good thing going here, please don't let one department drag you down.
Jetline Centurion, having my wedding printing fail TWICE now, I literally had to go on number 99 to get it done and decided to contact Jetline Centurion, in under 12 hours they had me sorted. They realized I was worried and stressed, and kept communication open the entire time, to the point of even calling me the moment the quote was complete and emailed, I am finally calm about my printing. What an absolute pleasure, highly recommend them! Doubt my review will change in any way when I get the printing, with work ethic like this, there is NO WAY they can mess this up. <p>Upon arrival, even though really late at night, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. The planning of the environment, the lighting, the placement of all the rooms and even the entertainment areas were perfect, you can tell they put thought and time into the building process.</p> <p>The rooms were beautifully decorated without the decorations being in the way. The bedding was noticeably clean and sleeping over was better than my own bed! The bathroom was well planned, the space was well optimized and it was surprisingly comfortable for a place that is not home. There was nothing short in the room, everything was clean, there was a proper mirror in the bathroom, a proper dustbin and a lovely dresser that had more than enough space for myself and my partner to unpack into.</p> <p>The service we received were top notch with extreme professionalism and the kindest people you have ever met. Everything was tidy, neat and well kept. The food was absolutely out of the books, the ingredients were fresh and tastefully prepared. There was always someone available should you need anything or have any questions.</p> <p>They are perfectly equipped and the entire weekend was an absolute pleasure. Management was extremely approachable when I requested an extra blanket and they went out of their way to assist us in any way possible. Once you have experienced this quality service at a lodge, no other lodge will ever compare. Going to African Explorer, is more like visiting family, where you feel genuinely cared for, you do not for a second feel like just another customer, you feel welcome and comfortable. Management is absolutely astonishing in all that has been achieved here! African Explorer makes for a must have experience that is truly nothing short of an absolute pleasure.
