There are no words for the incompetence for this managing agents. I would not recommend them for your sectional title
Cash deposit made on the 2nd March, and after POP supplied with follow up emails... I am still awaiting confirmation and my full statement as requested.
After multiple promises by Virgin Media to get back to me wrt a simple house move request, I still have no idea where we are in the process. Each time I call in I get told a completely new story of where we are in the process from a) all is done and ready b) no service available for next 18mnths in the new area c) cannot find the new unit. I am appalled by the incompetence of the service received.
<p>My cancellation was not processsed, and I have debited with the FULL monthly amount and now the cheek of wanting to charge cancellation on the full price and not the vitality amount!!!!</p>

<p>I am shocked at how Afrihost can sell you a fiber router and then give you the details of the supplier who is laying the fiber in the area, knowing well that they are have issues in laying the fiber. And then expect me to resolve the situation.</p> <p>This is my second issue with Afrihost which has been dealt with in a shocking manner.</p>
