I have a contract with 6 lines with MTN. On the 14th February this year an upgrade was done on 1 line only. This was done telephonicaly via Rewards Co a marketing company for MTN. I am now informed that 3 of my of my other lines were also upgraded. No consent was given to these 3 upgrades. Since 2nd February I am trying to get assistance from MTN fraud division but no joy. Each time you call, you are transferred to Rewards co. Both MTN and Rewards co will promise to get back to you before the end of the day but nothing happens. I tried canceling or reversing the 3 unauthorized upgrades but was advised that this is now under investigation. This morning I contacted MTN again and was advised that according to Rewards co their investigation is now complete and the other 3 lines were legally upgraded. My response was that if anyone from MTN fraud department actually go through or heard the recording. Their reply was no, they are going by the info that was provided to them. This is poor service from MTN. You guys should have listened to the recordings yourselves. I called MTN customer service and asked them to reverse these 3 upgrades and was informed that a cancelation or reversal should be done within 10 working days. I explained to the consultant that I tried canceling earlier but was advised that this matter was under investigation. She hung up on me. How do win with MTN. I hope someone out there can assist. Dear Nissan South Africa With regards to the Magnite your advert reads that this vehicle comes with daytime running lights which is standard. This is incorrect and false advertising. Please revisit your adverts and remove this feature. According to Nissan dealerships the new Magnite does not come with drl's. Disappointed.
Dear Nissan South African According to your adverts on various media platforms The Nissan Magnite comes with daytime running lights on all models. So this standard. But this is incorrect. My sister is taking delivery of her Magnite CVT next week and the dealership has advised us that the vehicle does not come with DRL. So this is false advertising and not in good faith. Please remove this feature from your advert as you guys are not honest here. Disappointed.
Hi Discovery Life Please take claims seriously. If a doctors report is outstanding or inconclusive a claim cannot be declined based on this. This is so wrong. I am going through this pain, suffering and trauma and for you guys just to reach a decision to decline is totally not on. To verify or confirm injuries please refer me to another medical specialist of your choice because my doctor has provided all the info that was requested. To say that there was no diagnostic evidence or documentation that was submitted is not true. please revisit my claim. Thank you.

So this is definitely crazy and you cannot live like this. This claim was submitted some time ago so please process my claim timeously. Please advise. Thank you.
Momentum your claim contact center is an absolute joke. Had to wait around 45 minutes before my call was answered. And guess what after this long wait I was told I need to be transferred to another department because I moved over from Alexandra Forbes. Still waiting for assistance with regard to my claim.
Pathetic and shoddy service. Will not do business with you guys again. Went in yesterday (09/04/22) to drop off a vehicle at the Pretoria branch. My wife also came in so that she could fetch me once all the necessary checks were completed. This rude and arrogant lady will not see to me unless my wife parked her vehicle outside. I said to her the area is completely empty and furthermore there is no parking outside available. Its also not safe for a female to be alone outside. She rudely mentioned that's not her problem and if she does not park outside she will not accept the hired vehicle. I then asked for her name which she did not provide. I then asked for the manager. No joy either. Service sucks to put it bluntly. With no options available I had to contact my cousins to come in and fetch my wifes vehicle. What a inconvenience? Then the second part. Vehicle inspection is now being done. The guy goes directly to under the bumper to find two (2) scratches. Seems he clearly knew about this. So I asked him how did he know about the scratches under the bumper. No reply. When the first inspection was done during the collection period no one checked under bumper but during the return period you guys check under the bumper. You guys a big company so please operate in a professional way. A big joke and total disgrace. Hang your heads in shame.
SA Homeloans insurance department is a total joke. Disgusting service from your consultants. Logged a complaint and to receive feedback is a nightmare. After leaving numerous messages no one bothers to return your call. Even the team leader, the person that's assigned to your claim or the managers themselves do not assist. Its a disgrace for a large company to operate like this. Hang your heads in shame.
Poor service. When undertaking repairs on a clients vehicle and then the vehicle needs to get to the agents for further repairs, this agreement is between you guys and the agents. The client does not get involved here. My vehicle was sent in to the agents and work undertaken was not good. Queried this and I was asked to follow this up with the agents. How is this now my problem? Disappointed.
