Terrible service from a technical support agent at Vox. My fibre line has been down since last night. Called Vox this morning and spoke to a lady by the name of Mbalenhle. Who sounded like she didn’t even want to be on the call in the first place. She was so snappy, she wasn’t providing information or feedback and was just passive aggressive and outright rude. I also don’t understand why Vox has such long turnaround times for their services and resolving their issues. In a time of people working from home surely turnaround times should be quicker.
I submitted a debit order date change beginning of January. Got a confirmation email of the request from customer services only to realise that it wasn’t actioned. Called the support centre and they told me they are unable to update it now and that my debit order will still run and bounce. How do they expect me to accept such and allow a missed payment on my account which will impact my credit score when they were *********** and didn’t action my request on time. Not having it!!! Also over and above that was kept on hold for over 10 Mins by the agent.
The worst Internet Service Provider I’ve ever used. Support team never respond to calls or messages. Monthly tariffs keep increasing and quality of connection and service keeps decreasing. Even during load shedding with a UPS connection the connection is appalling.
Got the most seamless, top class, top quality service from Prince Lugayeni and Koketso Mathiba from We Buy Cars at The Dome. Such gentlemen, patience and super helpful. Everything was so efficient from start to finish. If you looking to buy an amazing vehicle please go to them. Thank you gents!
I had requested to have my FNB account to be closed 3 months ago. The consultant did not process my request and I was subsequently charged fees on my account for an additional 2 months, I paid from my pocket and did not even request for a refund because I just wanted to completely cut ties with the bank. I tried to apply for an account with another institution and I am being told that I have overdue charges on my FNB account which are now impacting my credit record. This is completley unacceptable and I am now being badly impacted because of consultants lack of actions. I have requested a confirmation of closure letter and I have still not received it. This is not the first time I experience this type of service with FNB and it is for this reason I closed my account with them. Please sort this out ASAP as it is really impacting me badly! Thank you
Went to Sorbet this afternoon for a full body hot stone massage and was highly disappointed by the experience. I am a regular Sorbet client so this experience was quite a shock for me. I arrived and the hot stones weren’t ready or warmed up so already my treatment was a bit delayed. Then a few mins into it the the****** had to leave the room to go reprimand her co workers because of the noise level. Through your the treatment there was noise and at a point someone was watching a video with the sound on and it was loud. The massage itself was great but the overall experience was not as relaxing calming and soothing as it was meant to be. I am highly disappointed and it’s very unfortunate because I really enjoy going to Sorbet.
I have received the most appalling service from FNB this past week. FNB claims to offer a prive client experience with a banker on hand to assist with any banking needs but I am yet to experience that. It's been a week of constant back and forth to get a simple request executed. I had to make endless call backs to them after they claimed they will call me back. I have to send constant follow up emails to find out where we are in the process that normally takes less than an hour. Don't offer something you have no experience in and can't deliver on. "Private Clients" should offer seamless end to end high client experience where a banker is always available to help with your money needs and your financial journey- like how proper private banks do it.
