Excellent service
Excellent service from Jason. I ordered a pilot fountain pen and on receipt of the pen the cap fitted very loosely. Jason arranged for the pen to be collected and sorted the problem out. Always a pleasure dealing with a company that provides excellent service

Pathetic service. Petshop science Estcourt
On Sunday 2025-11-09 I went to the Petshop science store in Estcourt as I was looking for a soft raw food for my Jack Russell. I asked the lady who was behind the counter for assistance with feeding instructions on one of the raw foods. She looked up at me and said "I don't know" and carried on doing her filing. This lack of assistance and disrespect is totally unacceptable.

Pathetic and unprofessional service by Vodacom
I have never dealt with such a dishonest and pathetic company. To explain my frustration will take hours and pages of writing. In a nutshell,a consultant contacted me regarding an upgrade. During the conversation I asked certain questions about the Huawei tablet and all my questions were answered. After I finished the conversation I received a SMS informing me the said tablet was not in stock. I also researched my concerns regarding the product and discovered that the consultant had **** to me. I proceeded to cancel the order and received a confirmation that my order was cancelled. The following day I received a SMS saying that my order was being shipped. I again contacted Vodacom and they said the order had been reactivated by someone at Vodacom without my consent but they will cancel the order Low and behold I get another message that my order is with the courier. I contact the courier and they inform me that a manager from Vodacom namely Leon Jettoo had contacted them and said a consultant contacted me and I said they must proceed with the delivery,what a lot of **** !!!!! I was never contacted. I again contacted Vodacom and asked to speak to Leon but nobody knew him. I am still trying to cancel the order,I was then told when the courier comes with the delivery I must tell them I no longer want the item All Vodacom wants is to sell items to customers without being honest about questions asked about the product. After that you are hitting a brick wall to get any assistance.

POOR QUALITY CORICRAFT SANTORINI SLIPCOVER LOUNGE SUITE
I recently purchased two double seater and 1 single seater Santorini slipcover couches from Pietermaritzburg Coricraft After waiting 8 weeks for delivery as the single seater had to be made I am very disappointed with the quality. The density of the cushions on the couches are all different from being very hard to extremely soft. This is unacceptable as I specifically chose the said items because of their comfort I felt when sitting on in the store I have had major back surgery and the couches that were delivered to me are far from what I experienced in the store. They actually hurt my back How can the density of 5 cushions vairy souch

PATHETIC SERVICE LANCET LABORATORIES
I have never dealt with such idiots in my life. An account of R1324. 20 is sent to me and also my medical aid. I pay the amount and so does my medical aid. After repeated phone calls and emails Lancet eventually refunds me the amount and confirms in writing that my balance is 0. Then some idiot from Lancet sends, a reversal request to my medical aid and payment gets reversed to them. After 3 months I get hounded again by Lancet for the outstanding amount. A call centre agent confirms in writing that they made an error. Now I must pay because of their incompetence. Bunch of idiots.

Excellent service. Real Beds PMB
Reals Beds PMB can be recommended for excellent backup service. I had a major back operation 18 months after purchasing a bed from them. After the surgery the pillow top was not giving me enough back support. I contacted Lizelle and she immediately came up with a solution. Thank you for your excellent service.

Lancet laboratories are pathetic.
Pathetic service. You are hounded for money if your medical aid short pays them but if you send them a query about an account they have all the excuses under the sun not to assist you. Their accounts department is a joke.

I will never deal with this company again. My order no DH12365 has not been delivered when promised, still waiting. They do not answer calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pathetic service
Most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. The product did not arrive when promised and emails and phone calls are not answered. I will never order from them again. Absolutely pathetic.
