Bad service from management to a complainant defending their staff
Just like to thank the two front line staff for the incredible work. I know when you short staffed it's difficult but they tried their best to keep clients updated at all times
For the first time I entered Truworths Maponya mall. I was actually looking for earrings I saw at Westgate so they didn't have. Then I decided for a bracelet that was on sale. I have been waiting for few minutes thinking someone will come for assistance then I finally saw someone passing and I asked for help. She came I showed her the bracelet and she said she is coming back. I waited until I decided to go. I don't if it's because she looked down on me because I wanted something that was on sale or what, but was really hurt by everyone who just passed me no one bothered to ask if I wanted help.
They actually deserve a zero. We went there to ask for a refund for a car fault that was not even fixed, but the manager didn't care did not even call the head office prior to us coming since he said there is nothing he can do to help us. I believe it's because he looked down on us. When I look at the invoice we basically paid for a service that was done 5 months ago and is only due in October.
Found them closed at 13:45 instead of 14:00 midas dobsonville, so disappointed with our South African retail stores situated in the location.
I had the best hospital experience for the first time. I've been to Lenmed and Tshepo Themba to Tshepo Themba not as a sleep in patient, but the service at Brenthurst is the best. From reception although they arrive late at work to the nurses. Thank you!
Thanks for the amazing service from the Norwood branch. From the management to the security at the door. You ask them to direct you for something, they show you or assist you with a smile. Thank you so much keep it up.
Engen keeps on disappointing me. The thing is m not sure which side of Protea Glen is that one but I pass by them every day. I just filled in the petrol n I wanted to have my tires pumped but there was a problem with the pumper that side. The friendly attendant asked me to move so the car behind me can come in since It was busy n he had to go fetch the speed point. There was no space so he opened a parking space for the disabled cos I also wanted to quickly get something inside the shop as well. Two men threatened to put clamps on my car n also threatened the guy who was assisting me. The question is what if I was really disabled they didn't even ask? Were they also making a show off to show they are the supervisors? I ended up leaving without having my tires pumped. Sometimes we try too hard to be generous to the universe n end up being victimized for that. I should have refused to be moved until he found the speed point the guy behind me could have waited longer.
