I have requested for the upgrade of the speed and waiting for the response even after 3 weeks.I sent multiple reminders to them and no one bothers to response.I can't reach them at all.I am trying o switch to the other service provider
The Create Uniforms are the ****mers.We had a bad experience with them.We asked for the branded diaries and they quoted and confirmed the availability of stock and once we paid 100% they informed that the there is no stock and asked for refund they said no, then asked for replacement and they gave the sample of ******* and so we asked deliver without the branding as they said they can't refund.We have been chasing them but they dont answer the calls.Its more than 10days and waiting and struggling
We are one of the enterprise customers of MTN and we requested few things.We followed the propoer process requested to us more than a month ago.Till now I was not given with any solution.This is not the first time we have issues with MTN.One of the request is activate eSIM on our phone for which they sent the QR code and also disabled the Physical SIM simutaneouly.The QR code is not working with an error "Invalid code".This number belongs to a Director and she is now without the phone for more than a day.I called call centre they said to me to send a mail which I did and no response yet even after a day,
Customer Support from Vox doesn't exist.We are one of clients of VOX's 100Mbps Business fibre and our business 100% reliant on internet.Vox fibre is down for last 4 days and I have been chasing them all these 4 days until now we didn't even get any response.I have even escalated to the CEO of the company as I have his email iD.There is not even a single feedback.You can't dead for the critical issue of link being down for a business that too for 4 days and you are in dark without knowing when they will call us to check.In my honest view,please don't choose Vox and I am looking for an alternate service provider now.
I have requested for the eSIM activation of the apple watches for 2 numbers and chasing for the solution and not getting any feedback and solution.MTN is kept on proving us bad experiences.They don't even bother to respond to the mails
My gate motor was faulty and then it was replaced in Feb 2021 for which I had also paid the excess.Then the gate motor stopped working almost a month ago.I spoke to Outsurance and its service provider "Wiseman Automation" who replaced the motor more than a month ago.It is still under warranty.After so many follow up the guys came and took the parts from the motors and I have been chasing them for more than 2 weeks and no luck.I have been following up but no luck.I am now planning to move out of them
Hi I logged this SR210908-042254 on 08th Sep which should have been handled as Critical due to the fact that the complete connectivity is lost and now internet since 07th late night.I have been calling your call centre and they tell me that someone is attending and they would call me but no one called me and again I called today and get the same feedback. Is this the customer service for critical service down?.This is not the first time I have been experiencing the worst service from Vodacom.The feedback from customer service very lethargic and they dont even have an option to escalate so we had to go to social media
I have 2 cars installed with Car Track device and the devices are not working for last few months and made many complaints but not resolved.I have been following up with them via call centre and sent multiple mails but of no use.I am paying for nothing for many months and let me know how to lodge a legal complaint towards them and they must refund and I want to cancel the contract without any penalty as I am cancelling due to the service delivery failure.Can any legal attorney's help here
Vodacom FTTH-The worst ever service waiting for 5 months to resolve a simple issue.i had raised request to include the VAT number of my company in invoice on 18th Feb 2021 and chasing for closure so many times and several escalations.After so many shouts,they confirmed it is resolved and they closed the ticket stating that this is updated and I would be getting the next invoice.Now it is not included and no proper response from anyone
Hi I have logged a Hello Peter review on 15th Mar and I was told that someone will call me and I still waiting for the call or solution. 1)I have requested the Vodacom to activate my international roaming and still waiting for a feedback more than 2 months. 2)We wanted the VAT number has to be included in our invoice and sent multiple mails with all the documents and every time I get a reply asking for the same documents,It happened for 4-5 times and still not resolved even after 1month.I could not reach anyone via callcentre.I am tried of Vodacom's service and no one bother to resolve
