I am really disappointed at MiWay insurance so on the 26th Dec i has an unforeseen incident where i was bumped at the mall and whomever bumped left without waiting for me my car had no scratches or bumps before the 26th Dec 2025. i call then when they were back to log a claim they asked for the story i gave them then asked that i send them pictures and i did they then after two days i think approved my claim and to my surprise they chose a service provider from Sandton which did not make sense as i reside in South i had to call them back to rectify this already that was a red flag as they were supposed to check my address and choose a service provider near to my place. Fine when i handed in the vehicle on the 5th Jan 2026 i was told they only included two sides which is left and right nit the one by the boot and i was surprised and the reason was that it was accidental related, like how is this even possible as my car had no scratches/bumps??? now i must go back and forth with them and the service provider honestly this is *** service being received from my so called trusted insurance why would i lie about/on a claim who is now supposed to fix this that they do not wanna cover, i pay my premiums all the time without any issues and now i have to struggle. I am told my claim was not an accidental claim like how??? if you felt like i was not being honest why approve the claim in the 1st place, like why. Also to my shock when i was by the service provider i was advised that MiWay told them to use dupe material not the original one for the make of my car and i kept quiet but it is also very wrong why insure a car that you will not provide its original parts when we claim? why are you ****ming your customers? I would like my car to be fixed and properly and as per what i have logged on my claim.
Thank you to Busisiwe Mabizela for assisting me with my policy review when i called this morning i was an angry customer but she made suer she changed that at the end of the call. I am now happy with my premium as well as my access. I almost left MiWay after 7 years of being your client. Thank you Busisiwe.
<div>my review that i have shared on teh 13th June have been removed.The lady called me back and promised to give me a call on teh 17th June and i have not received a call. i did state on my previous complaint that the passage section is not closed and that is not safe for us as everyone has now made this their daily route and is dagerous. the number was 010 045 9000 i have forgotten teh lady's name but i am sure you can trace with ths number. and do not delete my reviews especially when the issue is not resolved this has been going on for years now and no assistance they keep on promising to close but still not closed.</div>
I am really dissaponted at the service given i have bought a house 2019 and had issues with flooding since then and was nly resolved early 2024 and the team that cosmo sent to fix the passage that was not moving the water left the passage opned saying they will come back when the conctrete is hard and they did not come back i went toteh cosmo offices in sky city as i stay there and they kept on saying they will send the team to close the passage and that is still not done its 2025 and going to 2026. this is not safe as everyoe is using that passge to pass by the main street and one is now scared all the time in her house and yard as the passage is still open. i need the passage to be closed we are not safe at all one cant even leave the windows open during the day as people are always passing on that passage and now wven thse smal boys sit there and smoek there as they see its an open space. i am writting this review with dissapointment and disatisfaction as a loyal customer of your products i normally order online and i have notice that from lastyear all the lotions and body washs i order i receive them half orleaking same happned again i order via clicks and when my products arrived they are half, at 1st i thought it was mistake and i let it go but again.
if it was up to me this is zero start. i have made anonline purchase on the 20th Feb and delivery was 28th Feb but i still did not receive communication on teh 28th regarding my order i called teh 031 number and i was told staries that teh courier campany made a mistake and i will definetly get my order on monday the 3rd March and i still did not receive comms whatsoever and i had to call again and still no assistance very rude guy i spoke telling me it is not his fault. I orderd via mr price not the damn courier company so i did not understand the repsonse and kept me on hold for another 30min and dropped the call. order number 201013399771 . Mr price i need this today latest tomorrow as i will be out of town the whole. City logistcs is the courier and i am no wtold that it will be delivered on teh 6th March which makes no sense.i need answers or my money and not the voucher. teh guy i spoke to is Mohamed.
Horrible service received i have placed an order on the 9th January and was supposed to receive it on teh 16th January and i have not received it when i call and send emails i am not getting any assistance, i have called again today and no assistance i asked t speak to teh manager or complaints department and i was told they can't. I need the order today from teh 16th i have been home so i can receive the delivery. order number:MAK8843196
Horrible service received from this company it takes time fr tehm to answer their phones and when tehy do you get sent from pillar to post. received an sms this morning that my parce was gonna be delivered today and mind you i received the sms at 10am which was already showing their incompitence i then called to say i will leave work arond 12pm so i can be available to receive my parcel and lady could not even get hold of teh so called driver and teh advsed that she will notify him i was home before 12pm and did not receive the parcel call again at 15:45pm and waited for 30min to get through when i did i was told that the driver says he will deliver still today befoer 17pm and that did not happen called again woth no answer. honestly this is bullsht service. no one even bothered to call me even the so called drived to make arrangemnts as to how and when they will deliver, then when there is no one tomorrow it will be an issue. i need answers or return back my order and refund me this is honestly bull****.
Poor service my Wifi has been off from saturday. they are not picking up their phones but when they were selling me this service they were able to call and attaned to my calls and i could not get assisted on teh whatspp number I need connectivty as i am working from home. I pay for this damn service and yet i cannot connect.Emails as well they do not get back me.
I am really not happy with this shop and regret making a purchase with them. I made an online purchase on the 1st October and delivery was scheduled for the 5th Saturday which i knew i was not gonna be available i still called the call centre to move the delivery date which was for the 7/10/24 and the lady i spoke confirmed that it has been moved to monday and to my suprise on Saturday i received a call from the delivery guy telling me he was by my gate and i advised him that i have made arrangements for a monday delivery and he told me he was not aware of those changes and will turn back since there was no one to accept the delivery. Today i called the call centre again and spoke to Mapula made sure this time it’s done the name) and she advsed that the reschuduling was not done and will contact Head office but still i have not received any update as to what is happening. I need the bed if i did not need it i was not going to purchase now she does not know when i will get my bed and no feedback from the HO people. and when i asked about the refund so i can go buy a bed elsewhere she told me about 14working days which is crazy. I need my bed today as i have made the arrangements and go through your recording to confirm my call and the conversations. your service really sucks and disappointing. i did contact sleemasters but still no feedback insteadthey telling me stpories about the warehouse ref:900373936.i was not gonna order a bed if i did not need it and two i wishi knewthat you provide horribe service then was not gonna make this order. again today i spoke to Mpho and Kgaogelo and till did not assist me instead gave me attitude, why do you take our monies if you cannot deliver on your services?
